We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last. The deals were great and later I asked for my entire driveway to be replaced. He was great with working with me. The guys came on the Monday as we agreed upon. Walter ignored my calls all week finally answered yesterday morning and said he would come by 10/25 at 4pm he called at 6pm stating he had car trouble and would be here today 10/26 at 10am. He never called or showed up I called him at 1pm leaving a message. No response called again at 3pm he answered I said who I was and he hung up on me!! I called back and he kept letting it go to voicemail. I've tried multiple times to contact Philippe and he never answers his phone and his mail box has a full. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
