I went in, last minute as usual, needing a set of tails for a Mardi Gras Ball. I was surprised to see Jimmy Francia, his wife, and the rest of his family working hard trying to serve both immediate need customers, and a wedding party that apparently failed to make an appointment. They were slammed busy, and still had an organized way of dealing with customers first come first served and made sure to take accurate measurements and even provided sizes for me to try on of every single piece of the tuxedo, down to the collar extension so that the shirt wouldn't be to big under the vest. After giving me an awesome deal price wise, I was very pleased with the transaction. Even if that was the end of the story, I would high recommend them, however the day I was supposed to return my tux, I was invited last minute to another ball, I called Jimmy and for a nominal fee, he gave me a fresh shirt in the same size, and told me to keep the tux another night. The tux fit like a glove, made sure that I was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner, and everything was smooth and well done!
