They literally do not answer the phone and wait to call you back until 2 minutes before close so there's zero chance you can call back if you miss it. Now I'm sitting here wishing they would do that because I'm having issues they don't seem to be paying any mind to. Have gotten colonoscopys here and they did not tell me what was going on, no report of their findings or anything... what a complete joke. Come to find out I have hemroids and polyps but I literally had to specifically ask that, they definitely had zero intention of letting me know. No explanation of what that means or how to prevent in the future, had to find all that out myself. Please do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else on the planet. I was there at 7:30 for a…read more7:40 appointment. the office buildiby didn't even open untiil 8:00 5 couples (10) people waited in their cars and outside in the parking lot as well as the doorway to even enter the building. the doctor was so behind and rushed he pushed my procedure through in a half hour and didn't even complete the task. Said I needed to reschedule. I starved for 24 hours and took all sorts of laxatives enemas and did everything as directed verbatim. I missed a day of work and had to pay someone to drive me all for nothing. I'm extremely upset with these people, I have a life too. I have a history of Gastrointestinal issues with records (which I provided for her). I had a procedure done with her and have had no follow-up from her. I've left messages and was told the doctor is "too busy" with procedures all day to call patients who have questions. The office staff could not answer these questions and I was told only the doctor could...so if she won't call patients and the staff can't help you...I guess you find a new doctor. This Henry Ford Medical Center offers many health services, procedures and testing based on providers and appointments available. The environment was comforting and welcoming when I saw the receptionist to check in. After waiting 5 minutes in lobby I was then escorted to Imaging Department and known as Ex-Ray. I've attached Photos of the Imaging areas and how my appointment went about which was at 4pm. The technician Jeff was kind and explained the steps and time frame for the many ex-rays that my doctor requested. He was knowledgeable too when it came to positioning my hands and fingers correctly on the glass for the proper Ex-rays. No paper referral was needed since she sent the forms by email to this department at my convenience too. This facility is clean and offers masks after entering the automatic doors for germ protection of for those who have not been vaccinated for COVID. Request an appointment with any of the providers listed on the sign upon entering. A Patient can reserve a spot in line as well for Walk-In Lab Services. Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM Thursday and Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Closed Saturday and Sunday Address 14500 Hall Rd. I was given sighs of annoyance of for calling in for my test results so often even though you as the patient are required to call in when you assume the results should be in by. (Versus just having the office call you to notify you of your results which most offices do.) when they give you an estimate of 1-4 weeks for how long the results can take it seems weird to be getting annoyed responses from staff. I was told results were ready over the phone when they were not and then belittled in the background by a staff member being told "I just needed to deal with it" which they were unaware that I could hear. I know they might not have meant much by it but it can be very demotivating and disappointing to hear those things as a patient who is just looking for answers and has been in lots of pain for a long period of time. The time that appointments are at is very general at this office. Both times I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment start time to even get in a room after being told to be there 30 minutes early. If you are someone who is busy this can really mess with your schedule as most people have strict work hours. Overall, I was just very disappointed and wished my experience had been better. I am not a person to complain as you can probably tell by my very little amount of reviews I give. Had I experienced maybe only half of the negative things I had, I wouldn't have even bothered reviewing.

I was in the hospital 3 days later with an abscess. Hospital told me there were no notes in the system from Dr. Bologna from my visit a few days prior. Sorry to say that wasn't a surprise. The office is really good at one thing- collecting money. The first time I went, I was required to pay for the visit before I saw my doctor. They even made me pay when my deductible was already met, causing me to have a credit at the office, which I had to request back after I left the practice to find a good doctor. I recommend to everyone I know not to go to this practice.
