AVOID My experience with her is very negative. In my office…read morevisits with her, she was strangely confrontational, smug and was not listening well. I have a history of Gastrointestinal issues with records (which I provided for her). I had a procedure done with her and have had no follow-up from her. I've left messages and was told the doctor is "too busy" with procedures all day to call patients who have questions. The office staff could not answer these questions and I was told only the doctor could...so if she won't call patients and the staff can't help you...I guess you find a new doctor. I recommend avoiding her unless you want to be treated like just a number.

The doctor arrived two hours late for my procedure, and they've implemented a new appointment scheduling policy that involves an excessive amount of red tape. The reason was I had covid19 and a feeding tube. I had a good conversation with Dr. Patel concerning the prep. He suggested as a safety net with all the problems I have with long covid he suggested having it done in the hospital.The office staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
