So I kinda stumbled upon this place and wanted to get a pedicure. I usually get gel but the wait was kind of annoying to say the least. I walk in and i was told a 20 minute wait... i was fine with it and stayed. Around 15-20 minutes later a tech comes and ushers me back to a seat. The water was scorching hot but again that wasn't a problem, easy fix. I wasn't started on for another 40 minutes. There were about 5 nail techs and from the looks of it only 3 were occupied with other customers. Eventually when the lady came and started on my toes I was over being in the chair at this point, water was cold, and I was ready to get home. I opted into getting a basic pedicure. The massage was trash. Not even 5 minutes worth. She constantly was too rough with my feet to the point my toes hurt now and I was verbal about it during the pedicure. I wouldn't recommend this place. Maybe it was just a bad day, bad tech, Idk. But i won't be going back. read more

I have visited this sail salon 3 times for pedicures and each time was great! I love that they always get my ingrown nails without me even asking. They take the time to clean nails up which I really appreciate. The only negative I can find is that they use the cheese grater thing which I don't really like and all their nail polish looks almost empty. But I still find myself coming back because the location is convenient for me and I only really get pedicures for my ingrown nails. read more

I've gone to G nails since I move to the area. I loved how they remember your name and are so friendly. They do a nice job on nails and wax. There was a time that my polish started to chip early and went back in they took care of it, no questions asked. They provide great customer service and that is why I continue to go back. I arrived on a Thursday without an appointment. I waited 35 minutes before someone was available. The service was terrible. It seemed everyone was more concerned with gossiping and taking calls on their cell phones. I requested gel with manicure and received only 2 coats which was poorly done with lumps and globs. I came to this place because I saw it had some really good reviews! and my nail Tech did do a good a job on my nails! But he was very rude. A few times he cut me and I instantly without thinking jerked my hand back like a normal person would and he got annoyed saying "I hurt you" "I hurt you because your nail long" I kept telling him it's fine it's totally fine but no apology just "your nail long". He didn't ask me what nail shape I would like he just chose square for me. It's fine my nails look cute but when he asked me if I picked a color I told him I'm a little torn between two colors and I wanted him opinion and he just told me "Just tell me what color you want" before I could finish talking. I felt the sting of embarrassment and was really disappointed I came here. My nails did turn out cute and I tipped 20% even though he was really rude. I Observed the rest of the employees being really nice to their clients that's why I'm giving this place 3 stars. I was so pleased with the pedi I got with Tony. I have tried 4 others in the Euless area and have been displeased with different aspects. G nails was clean, everyone was polite, and Tony didn't speak to me or another employee the whole time allowing me the time to relax. My favorite part was the amount of time he took massaging my feet and doing more then banging on my legs like other places. It has been 9 days and my toes still look great!! read more

Went in Saturday and had a younger female in her late 20's give me a powder manicure. She was nice, but she could of cut my cuticles before applying the powder. I mean, give me a proper manicure. Sam is fantastic! He is quick, but will get your nails done exactly how you want them to be. I dont like spending too much time getting my nails done, so I really appreciate the quick service. The margaritas are a great plus and the place is really clean. I like walking in and seeing the sames faces. I've been here a few times and have been somewhat pleased enough to go back. I went in today to get a new set, simple color and some gems. the nail tech took (if not longer) literally over 2 hours to shape and file my nails. 2. hours. then 45 minutes to add gel and the few diamonds. then after that and my friend noticing her glaring at us, it was over. I was charged $62 for purple coffin nails with a few fake diamonds. so over priced. couldn't even muster a tip out of me, coming from a waitress that knows how to tip. never going back here again. read more

I just want to tell everyone how FUCKED UP this place got me. I came here a month ago I got long coffin nails. For 40. I came here today. For the exact thing. And this woman had the audacity to tell me it would be 50. I said no. The man over there did them last time for 40. So she looked at me like I got no damn sense and said really they're supposed to be 55 but I'm doing 50 for you and I snapped back saying and he did them 40 for ME. So then she's like ok 45. And I'm like ok whatever. And so we get into doing my nails and she ask me. Pay now or later and I always pay when we are about to put on the polish so I won't mess up my nails. So I give her 50. The shape is nice. The length isn't where I want it but she's pregnant. She's tired. I'll give her 50. And that's where I fucked up. She secured her money and fucked me over with thin ass fucking nails. They are also SQUARED. that's not how coffin looks. I'm disappointed. Disgusted. And exposing y'all for this fucking bullshit. Wasted 50 dollars on some fuck ass nails. They shouldn't even have this very pregnant woman there. Once again disappointed. read more

I had my first experience there last week and I got a pedicure. They are much cheaper than other salons in the area. $25 for a basic and $35 for the upscale. I had a basic pedicure which at some salons is them soaking your feet and then trying to upcharge you for everything else. Not here, they did everything including warm towels and massage. The owner was the one who did my feet and she was very friendly and polite. Joked around with me about being ticklish and then never started talking in Vietnamese like I have heard at some other salons. The pedicure was great and my feet still feel good. Their pedicure chairs were good, they massaged much better than some other places I have been. I was very pleased with my pedicure and plan on returning. ALL of the staff are personable and friendly, but best of all, they have the TOP NOTCH services in this area. I am a particular woman. Got my nails done here because of the misleading reviews and today have paper thin nails that hurt even just to wash dishes. Getting powder done twice hoping my nails would grow longer well they grew and then right wen the powder broke not even two weeks later i decided to jus remove all the nails to find out that the idiot that did my naild just kept shaving down my nails till it was paper. How tf is it suppose to grow if you freakn shave the shit off. I would not recommend this place for a dog. I do notice they cater to white people only. read more

Sam and Nicole are always friendly. They never fail to make me feel comfortable. The rest of the staff is the same way. I get regular pedicure and I bring my kids. Just left this facility and I was absolutely disgusted. My specialist didn't even put a towel down and she dragged my hands through all of the shaving and dust on her table. Asked for acrylic overlay on my own nail. The border of the white is all uneven, she left dust so when she painted them with clear it's all bumpy and there's marks all over the nail bed. This is the second time I've had such horrible service. First time I thought it was just an off day, but now the second time is even worse. I will never give them a third chance. Save your money ladies and go down the road as there are several other salons you can choose from. I've watched this salon go downhill the last couple years read more
