got my nails done here a few days ago; overall quiet environment but was super fast I was in and out in less than 45 mins which is awesome because I've gone to other places and they take way to long. Only con is that they should update there dip nail samples because the color I choose was very different from the one I had but on. But overall had a relaxing time here. read more

I am very picky when it comes to getting my nails done. I was actually iffy about coming here but I told myself might as well try it. Nail Salon is the best nail salon I've ever been to. The staff was extremely welcoming and made sure I was doing okay. If you don't need a service they will straight up tell you to wait. They don't want to push customers to get more services done but would rather have that trusting relationship with them. My first visit was on a Sunday. They only take appointments on Sunday and I didn't have one, but when I called in they said they could squeeze me in about 30 minutes. I agreed. I desperately needed a pedicure. As soon as I arrived, I was asked to pick a color. Once I picked my color, my chair was ready and water was nice and hot! Just the way I like it. I had Tom as my pedicure person. He was amazing! Took his time and made sure to ask me what I wanted and if there were any special requests. I almost feel asleep because their massage chairs were so relaxing. Overall, the environment was great. The service was excellent and I was given the time and attention I paid for during my service. I will be back and for sure be requesting Tom again. read more

I live this salon they are fast and on point! Their prices are soooo affordable compared to other nail salons. I LOVE the way all 3 employees do the gel polish and manicures and its only $20. I got both a manicure and pedicure. my pedicure came out pretty good tbh, but the manicure... was uneven, was different sizes and shapes and my cuticles suffered greatly. She broke the skin. Over 2/10. Only saving Grace was the pedicure. read more

I moved to San Francisco over a year ago, and I make sure to come see Michelle (and get my nails done!) every time I'm home. I haven't been able to find anyone that takes care of me like she and her staff do. I went in today, and WOW! She shut down the shop for a week (always tough for a small business owner) to do a total renovation on the shop. It looks amazing! Went there couple of times. I believe it's the owner lady was doing my nails and it was ok. However other lady, that keeps coughing and twitching all the time, did my nails and after couple times asking her to fix it as I wasn't happy with my nails she never did. All dip powder was covering my cuticles and she was saying it's good. After this never came back. Wouldn't recommend going there. read more

This place is a hidden gem. Michelle is absolutely amazing and took so much time doing ombré nails in a dip for me. They took a long time but she loves what she does and it shows. $33 for dipped powder nails is not bad but the man who did my nails was so rude. He did a good job but he kept barking at me to relax and he would nick my skin with the tool or see that the file hurt me and not even apologize. They also have a dipping powder that turns colors in different temperatures. Don't even bother looking at the samples bc it's absolutely not what it looks like. I asked the guy to try one and he did one coat on one pinky and I didn't like it so I asked to change. He was so mad. He also spilled some of the dipping powder at one point onto the towel with my nail clippings and scooped it back up. Yuck. :/ read more

I'm okay with my nail person not speaking much when they do my nails, so long as they do it right, everything looks good, it doesn't hurt and everything is clean. I went here twice (see posted pics) for shellac (gel) manicures. The first time was for one color and cost $25, the second time was for a french gel manicure and that cost me $30. I haven't been back just because I don't like the way my finger nails feel after the gel finally comes off and there hasn't been an occasion for nails to be done. Also, the first time, I had a guy and he didn't speak a work except to ask me what shape and color I wanted. He was meticulous and I am grateful he didn't try to carry a conversation (I like in and out). The second time I had a gal and we carried on a nice conversation (she was a sweet gal working part time while finishing up her college degree). I do plan on going back when there's an occasion to get my nails done. read more

Very nice salon. Everyone is very friendly and a clean establishment. This has become my new nail salon since moving into Euless.

Although this salon does a nice job technically, they lack in communication and customer service. Beware! They will try to sell you product you might not want, and they will provide you a product you didn't ask for and then charge you afterwards. I call this "smooth operating." I can only speak from my experience, but I don't appreciate doing business this way. Just be careful if you choose them. I intend to look for another salon. read more

The staff are so rude, the lady who did nail to my 12 yrs old literally screaming at her coz she doesn't know what she want. Pretty good experience. Employees are friendly and provided just enough conversation. Docked 2 stars because my pedicure was smudged less than an hour later and was spotty (missing nail polish near bottom of nail). Got a gel manicure done as well and while it looked nice, the tech cut my cuticles down to the point that they were bleeding on some fingers. read more

I am new to the area and chose this salon based on other good reviews; I'm so glad I did. Michelle did a great job on my gel manicure while another guy worked on my pedicure.
