They're all super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and surprisingly - funny! I'm usually a pretty grumpy dude but they always get me to laugh or smile. Despite being small, they're packed with a huge variety of stuff. And it's all super organized. I particularly like the "local" section. They have special events too. My wife and I attended the "Brews and Chews" event featuring 7 beer & hard cider producers - mostly local companies. It was a small event but the vendors were all great. I told him what I was looking for, he walked straight to the cooler where it was found. I told him my choice of flavor, he took it out of the cooler and carried it up to the front check out line was long, he said follow him, he opened another register and checked me out. He even offered to carry it to my car, I was parked close by so I told him I could do it. I did not get his name but he did have an accent, perhaps German. An excellent employee. Your store should be proud of his customer service skills. I will definitely shop here again.

Parking is plentiful also. I'm always greeted when waking in the store. There is a wide variety of wine and liquor selections. Plus the prices are fantastic comparatively. The checkouts are always quick and efficient. The ladies here are happy and very personable. It's nice to see great customer service in action. It doesn't hurt that I usually get carded.
