Even though I have my favorite brands, I like to try their recommended items, and I try to buy from local/regional vendors as much as possible. My only frustration is that Buffalo Trace products are hard to find here... they occasionally carry the bourbon cream, but that's it. GIven the popularity of the brand and the size of this company, I would think that they could secure some sort of distribution for the area. But what I know, I just drink the stuff, LOL!

I told him my choice of flavor, he took it out of the cooler and carried it up to the front check out line was long, he said follow him, he opened another register and checked me out. He even offered to carry it to my car, I was parked close by so I told him I could do it. I did not get his name but he did have an accent, perhaps German. An excellent employee. Your store should be proud of his customer service skills. I will definitely shop here again.

I would have stopped patronizing this business years ago had it not been so conveniently located near my home, making it easy to stop in and pick up a case of beer or bottle of whiskey or wine. Inevitably, whenever I go in there looking for a specific brand name bottle of whiskey, beer or wine that I discover G-Will does not carry, the best I can ever expect is a terse "we don't carry that" reply from them. They NEVER volunteer to get the item/brand in their store like other neighborhood liquor stores will often do for you. Don't expect them to make any special effort to help you. They simply won't, and don't care! I will never go in there again. In fact, I'll go out of my way from now on to avoid G-Will. After 20 years of giving them "one more chance" to show me they care even a little about my specific needs, they have NEVER shown me they are willing to make that extra effort.
