Here's why, even though their selection of beer, wine, and spirits is subpar compared to most other liquor stores, it's their lack of customer service that has driven me away. Given the number of liquor stores in the area, you would think that they would "try" to offer at least "good" customer service - but they don't. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was when I used my credit card, and I was charged an extra $1 (or there about). When I asked why the total amount was more than I thought it should be, the clerk behind the counter pointed to a small, very hard to read, typed message taped to the counter. It said that they charge more to everyone who chooses to use their credit card. Charging customers who choose to use a credit card is a bad business. And not telling them about it ahead of time is a good enough reason for me to take my business elsewhere. I suggest that you do the same!
