He was very polite and very efficient. Thought he had the problem solved, ordered the parts he needed, came back put them on, but we apparently had a lemon. It happens, any after several weeks the manufacturer agreed to send us a new dryer. After a couple of phone calls, with Leslie, it was agreed that Wells & Lahatte would handle the removal of the old dryer and the installation of the new dryer, and as it turned out we would not be responsible for any charges. Just want to say " THANK YOU" to a business that still cares about the customer.

First, they charge a service charge for each appliance they work on when coming to your location. Not only that, they charge a service charge and labor for an incomplete repair when having to come back to fix what they did not fix to begin with. Tired of the service charges, I decided to take the appliance into the store. They said they spent over an hour trying to determine the problem with it, but could find nothing wrong - $80 charge for apparently doing nothing. The appliance still does not work. Do not walk, but run away from this these folks.
