I originally provided 2 addresses where I thought the defendant might be, I was told $110.00 for 5 attempts at any address. I asked for the skip trace since I wasn't sure of the defendants correct address but was advised to wait. Well the skip trace was necessary and with still 2 attempts left, I got charged an additional $85 for them to attempt at a new address. Total cost: $370! I could have saved myself $85+ if they gave me all this info and the correct info up front.

Anh was our main point of contact the whole time and she was amazing. She handled basically everything document-related and was the one communicating with USCIS and the embassy for us. I feel like without her, we would have been completely lost or second guessing everything we submitted. This company is unprofessional and very petty. In April I…read moresubmitted two documents to be served. One was a 'Corporate' service and the other was 'Residential." They sent the Corporate service out without even confirming who they were sending it to and served the incorrect entity. Unbeknownst by me, the company that I was suing was sold and as a layman I had no way of knowing that. That sale also created a change in legal representation so the Summons was rejected. When I called to complain about the incorrect service these people had the gall to tell me that "You should have checked the Secretary of State website for confirmation." I then ask them why they didn't confirm the corporate service, themselves, before sending out my document. I was told "You would have had to request that service." I have to REQUEST for you to be thorough? So know that you must request courtesy service with these people. As a result, I posted a negative review about the poor corporate service before they attempted to serve my residential document. They FAILED TO SERVE on ALL SIX ATTEMPTS. And to add insult to injury they didn't even inform me as to when they finished the process. I had to call for confirmation and just barely made my legal deadline. They claim to have mailed me the confirmation a month earlier but they lie. I am THE ONLY person with a key to my mailbox and I have had the very same mailman for 20 years. If they actually mailed it I would have gotten it. They did not mail me anything and my mailman said he saw nothing. And I believe him. This company tried to retaliate against me because of my review. So here is another one. If you have time sensitive and important legal documents that need to be handled with care, DO NOT USE this company. I paid them $230.00 for absolutely NOTHING!!! They couldn't serve either document. They are not thorough at all.

They just did a terrific job for me on a rush assignment dealing with a particularly difficult Sheriff's Office. They moved heaven and earth to get something done in one day. This is the second time they basically dropped everything and got something done for me that was pretty difficult. They have also finessed a few things in the San Mateo Sheriff's Office. (Frank knows the local Sheriffs and is careful to follow the procedures in each office -- this one needs a declaration re electronic writ even after the change in the SER forms etc...) If you have work in Nor Cal, I can't recommend them highly enough. (I should also mention that they just opened an office right across from CT Corporation in Glendale)

Each time I called, I spoke with different employees who all told me it was "in process" and that I would receive an update. The only time I ever got updates was when I chased them down myself. On one occasion I was even told it would be served that evening, which never happened. Later I was told their server doesn't go to that city very often. If that's the case, then why offer and charge for rush 24-hour service?? When the case manager finally called me, he claimed the request had 'slipped through the cracks.' This was the same person who had previously told me it was actively being worked on and that he would follow up with the server. It's hard to understand how something can slip through the cracks when multiple staff members repeatedly assured me it was being handled. By the time they offered more apologies and promises to fix it, the subpoena deadline had already passed and it was no longer usable. This was after I had already taken the time to go to the courthouse and wait to have the subpoena certified in the first place. Completely unreliable service and a huge waste of time and energy. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
