All I had to do was create an account on their website, upload the necessary documents, and they took care of the rest--even accommodating my tight timeline. There was a minor hiccup on my end with the paperwork, but Vlad handled it like a true professional. He could've up charged me on stuff I didn't need (I.e., body cam footage which wasn't needed for me case). I am so incredibly pleased with the service of The Process Guys. My only regret with using their services is not contacting them sooner! They were so quick to respond to our unique situation. The person was actively avoiding service of my restraining order and court notice. After four failed attempts by the Alameda County Sheriff's Office and an extended court date, The Process Guys helped me understand the law and come up with a reasonable place and time to attempt paper service.
