I was researching the cost of a cab to the airport and came across a Yelp recommendation for Wecab. I booked a shared ride from Paris to CDG and will definitely use again. The process was easy and you are given a recommended window time (30 min) for pickup or you can select another based on when you want to arrive at destination. The cab was right on time at the beginning of the window , had wi fi in it and was very nice. I ended up being the only passenger and the flat rate was 40.5 Euros. read more

Dishonest, does not have taxi meter on, demands overcharged price, stay away when you see them

Avoid and go instead with Uber. Plus: English speaking operator booked my 445am cab. Negative: Before I stepped foot in the car, the meter was 10 euros (they charge from the moment they leave the terminal). This is why we need competition in the industry - no one (uber) would dare such nonsense. Negative #2. The driver drove well under the speed limit - 30 k the entire time. My 3kilometer trip to Gare Du Nord cost 20 euros. RIPOFF. never again read more

I had the best experience with Taxi G7! I called and waited until someone picked up and I asked for someone who spoke English. I was connected to a guy who spoke great english and my cab was there in under 7 minutes (the promised amount of time). Yes there was 6 euros on the meter but that's normal. The drive did not speak very much English but was funny and engaging anyway. Even though I told him a slightly wrong address he backtracked and discounted my fare by a few euros as though it was his mistake. Great service! I highly recommend them! read more

Terrible service! Ordered a taxi for 6 people. It took longer to come picks us up than it was supposed. The taxi meter had €9 as pick up/reservation charge. For less than 2,5km ride which took less than 10min it added another €8 (which is twice more than advertised 1.54€/km). The driver had earphones in and was watching something on his phone while driving. Also, squeezed 6 people to the back off her car which accommodates only 5. Finally, with surcharge of €3 per person when there's more than 3 people in the car we had to pay €26. THATS €26 FOR 2,5km!!!!! we were very dissatisfied and didn't not want to pay this outrageous price! We argued on the phone with operator because the driver spoke not even one word in English. We felt overcharged, humiliated and disrespected. Moreover, the driver didn't not give correct change at first and gave it all in smallest euro coins including 0.01 cents. I have never been treated in such disrespect while using taxi in cities like London and New York, and even in less developed countries like Mexico and Thailand! Worst taxi company ever! read more

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.... we booked a taxi from the UK. We telephoned upon arrival and waited for an hour no taxi turned up! When we telephoned the lady was rude and said the driver had turned up and no-one was at the gate. Given the fact that we were 2 ladies and the only people standing at the gate we could not be missed. This company took our money, did not show and refuse to reimburse therefore making our cost from the airport to the centre of Paris in excess of 100 euros. Very impressed with your service. The taxi arrived at the reserved time. After arriving at my destination at Le Blanc Mesnil, I noticed several hours later that I had lost my credit card! Not knowing where I had lost it, I called G7 lost and found hoping it might have been in the taxi, and to my surprise, the driver had found my wallet and returned it to me the same afternoon! Everyone I talked to on the phone at G7 was professional and courteous. And I very much appreciated the honesty and efficiency of the driver! DO NOT use this company at all in Paris! They are dishonest and a HUGE RIP-OFF! We called for a van to take us from 3e arr to 15e arr with our 12 luggages yesterday - the driver was standing by the van the whole time and didn't help us loading the luggages at all, when we entered the van we realized he started the meter (it was 15 euros already!) while we were loading the luggages!!! The ride only cost 15 euros on the meter (on top of the EXTRA 15 euro for loading our stuff) and when we arrived he demanded 1 euro per luggage (even he didn't help us at all!). When we called to request the service, we were told it would be between $24-34 euros and we told them specifically that we needed a van for our 12 luggages and no one said a word about the extra charge for the luggages. We came from CDG with the same luggage just days ago and received much much better service from a regular taxi driver!!!!! This company is a scam and everyone should know about it! I used this dependable taxi service twice in Paris when I needed specific types of vehicles at specific times. Once, I needed a cab big enough to hold six people and their luggage (ask for a maxi cab), and another time I needed a taxi very early in the morning for a flight. Both times, the taxis showed up five minutes early. The cars were clean and comfortable, and the taxi drivers were courteous and spoke some English. Call the English-language phone number and you will get an operator who speaks English, which gave me peace of mind when I was ordering cars that I needed to depend on. This taxi company also has an online ordering option, but I was never able to get it to work. It kept saying my phone number was wrong, even though I used the correct country code. The fare seemed to be no more than when I hailed regular taxis on the street. But do expect there to be some money on the meter when the taxi arrives, because in France, the meter starts when the taxi is dispatched. (If you hail a regular taxi on the street, the meter starts at zero.) read more

i have red some bad revieues for that company and i must say my first experiance with it was bad allso. taxi driver took me to wrong hotel even i gave him written address and overcharge me some 15 euro. all together he charged me for 30 euro for some 5km ride. before i noticed he allready took of in his car. any way i did request i receip and i will make official complaint since i have all necesary data. it was a bright daylight robbery. allmost made me to call the police. signed werner tasler. read more
