I must say, I love the way my eyebrows are waxed and the hospitality at this place of business. The atmosphere was very welcoming. However, as I was finishing up my wax, I noticed one employee who was giving another customer a wax doubled-dip her wax stick. Having gone to cosmetology school, I understand the health risks associated with this practice. I woke up this morning with an itchy spot on my top right eyebrow, and I'm certain it's from the wax. I hope the business reads this review and changes their health standards. We, as women, not only get our eyebrows done but also other areas such as the top lip or even the whole face, and I would hate for something to be passed along through this process. Please think about our health and safety, as we are paying for these services. Everything else was top-tier, but this incident caused my rating to drop from 5 stars to 3. Thank you. read more

I had dip nails (SNS) done before the Thanksgiving holiday. They chipped 3 day's later but I couldn't go back into the shop when it happened initially as it was the holiday, I was away and the nail shop was closed anyway. As soon a returned I went in. At that time it had been 6 days since my appointment. My nails looked terrible! I mean this is the worst my nails have ever looked 1 week after dip nails. SNS nails should last 3 weeks. They refused to do anything, saying I should have come back earlier. I pointed out this was impossible as they were closed for the holidays and I was away but it didn't matter to them. I even tried to call but they did not answer and you can't leave voice messages so I was unable to let them know any earlier I was experiencing problems with my nails. I spent $60 getting my nails done here for them to last only a few days and get absolutely no care from the salon to correct their poor service. I was totally ripped off. Worse service ever. I understand 6 days is a long time but it was Thanksgiving, they were closed, I tried to call (no answer & no message service). Even if they offered a substantial discount to redo my nails - that would at least have been something to show this is unacceptable. But nothing! I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not go here!! This was a very upsetting visit.. i came home for the holidays and my moms birthday. I decided to come here to treat my mom to a nail trip. I experience having my skin shaved off while excessive filing and proceeding to irritate the skin with nail polish, being overcharged for short nails that they decided were long , and a rude nail tech getting upset with me for putting acrylic on my toes after I simply wanted a color change. All that to say I'll never be coming here again. This has been upsetting because you expect to have relaxing trip to the nail salon. I normally love coming here but my last experience was not so good. First, my normal techs were not there. Amy and Hannah rock. A man decided that he was going to do my nails his way after showing him what I wanted. He made me feel bad. Plus for his services all together I paid $70 and for services that were under par. Look close at pics. He did not even file my nails and treat cuticles with oil. He put lotion on and said 70. Cut me twice. Smh be cautious to ensure they can do as you desire. read more

I've been here several times and it's Russian roulette on whether you'll walk out happy or not. The first few times I was happy with my service but it's declined each time I go back then today I got THE WORST SNS mani and even though I noted the color was wrong she told me it was fine and when she finished a hand I told her it was wrong and she told me next time I come back I can get the right thing. That's just the tip of the iceberg. So if you're feeling lucky go for it, but want to play it safe I would suggest going elsewhere. Horrible!!!! Beware of this place!!! I took my diabled, pregnant sister as a gift before her baby shower and the nail tech had no idea what ombri was and did her own thing instead of saying she didnt know. Then we got charged extra for french tips but no one told me until it came time to pay. My sister cried the ride home bc her nails were so horribly done. I had the worst experience here. Don't come if you want your nail beds. Tony literally ripped off my acrylics. Two of my nails were bleeding after he was done. I told them one was already broken and to be careful. They also had the nerve to ask me to pay for the service. LOL They are the reason I will never get my nails done again. Dual service is the norm. From where I'm from that is an added amenity to get your hands and feet serviced at the same time. Technicians are caring and I left feeling relaxed. Spa is clean. Highly recommend. read more

Horrible experience! I went to get pedicures and eye lashes waxed and tinted. The pedicurist burnt me feet with the paraffin wax. The lady doing my eye brows applied the tint before waxing and the waxing wouldn't adhere to the hair. So she had to pluck under and over for a long while. But she did manage to pull the hair off the end of my one brow and now I have one brow longer than the other. The purpose of the tinting is so I don't have to pencil in my brows. But with them your better off doing it yourself. read more

My cousin and I wanted to relax after a long day at work, so we decide to try out this salon. MY pedicure was about 15-20 minutes long (extremely short for a pedicure). And my cousin's pedicure was a little longer, only because there was a new guy doing her toes. (Yep, we understood what you guys were saying, asking which step is next, etc). The worst place I've ever been. I asked for SNS Nails, style ombré and the lady Nancy didn't even know what she was doing,messed up my nails so bad I didn't even wanna keep getting them done here. Been going to this place for about 2 years. My 2 fav people are Nancy and Tiffany. Nancy is amazing doing my pedicures. I only go to her and my nails I only let Tiffany do them. I went there for the first time an hour before closing. They greeted me and sat me down and explained the pricing to me. JUNE was my nail tech, and she was so sweet ! She even gave me relationship advise! She offered me a drink at no additional cost. I love how sweet they were by letting me stay a little longer after closing because my nails weren't dry. I spent $45 on a pink and white French manicure that didn't even look good when I left as I had some edges of nails that were not smooth. I tried unsuccessfully to explain to manicurist but due to language barrier she apparently didn't understand, within 2 days I had one peeling nail, one nail broken and two nails that were still jagged, In less than a week I got my nails redone at different salon. Way over priced, and they continuously try to sell you another service even after you've already stated what you wanted. For example, I came in for a full set and a classic pedicure. I went here because it was convenient and I definitely needed a gel manicure and pedicure. The salon was clean and the people were friendly! I have been getting gel manicures for a couple of years now and this one was by far the best. The polish looked perfect for almost 3 weeks. The only reason I had to get them done was the growth of the nails. I am now into week 2 of my second gel manicure from there and it still looks great. read more

I never review places, but I could not allow this experience to be ignored. I scheduled my appointment for 7 pm arrived early and was seen right away :) which was awesome ; however, that was the only benefit to this experience. I had gotten SNS done at another location in which the nail specialist decides to cut the tips of my SNS with fingernail clippers which hurt. Instead of soaking with acetone he then decides to use another nail to pop one of my SNS off. The pain was ridiculous in which i told him to soak my nails in acetone. He proceeds to do this making sure to inform me that the other place did my SNS incorrectly (which was not true as I have gone to many places that performed SNS before). As we wait for the nails to soak off he is more focused on his phone than the client. Here is where I had enough: he checks my nails and states that he will let it soak another 5-10 min and walks off never to be seen again, another employee walks by and I inquire about who will do my SNS she doesn't know! She goes to find out who and states that the guy is eating and he will be with me shortly. At this point I am the last customer in the shop and had enough i tell them that's it I'm leaving. The manager doesn't even ask btw proceeds to try to shape my nails up. I tell him that's all I will have them do on me and that I wanted to leave he tells me it will be 10. I pay them the money and leave -_- but not before the manager says next time you come I'll do your SNS for you I'm so sorry ..... trust me this was my first and last time coming to this place and I will never come again and the nerve to even charge me! Worst customer service ever! Clearly this place cares nothing about the customers satisfaction or time! I came in at about 650 and left at appx 730 ish only to have SNS taken off and undone nails thanks for nothing! read more
