I was a first timer here. Beautiful facility. They were able to take me in immediately. There was not a visible price menu so I asked up front how much for Ombre using sms ("dip") and a pedicure.? She quoted me $32 for pedicure and 48+ $15 for Ombre ~$64 for nails + $32 for pedi. I was okay with that price. At end of service, I was charged $10 to shape nail into (what I always get at regular salon as customer service courtesy) "almond" shape, $5 for applying tips (i was okay with this). However I was charged for an Ombre ($15) when in fact what i received was nail polish with glitter on tips not Ombre. It was cute but not Ombre! The h2o for pedicure was cold. I had to ask her to make it hot several times. My experience could have been an aberration but I left feeling like there was no more customer service in the experience. The ladies next to me paid $88 for a pedicure! They were up-charging every person and it was awfully uncomfortable to listen to people asking what if I only got gel? How much is that? Very uncomfortable. What if this or that??? Finally upon checking out, they give you option of 18% tip and up. There was no clear option to by-pass this. When I looked at receipt the charge was $220 (twice my bill)! I immediately said this was wrong. They said it was corrected. (I will need to monitor debit card over next few days to make sure the refund registered.) Will I ever return? Probably not and it is not because they did a poor job but rather it was the feeling that they were trying to up charge everyone for everything! And this was awfully uncomfortable for me. read more

I called to make an appointment for pedicure for my husband and I. They told me they had availability for walk in. I got the hot stone with an add on gel polish My husband got the signature with hot stone add on. I also talked him into getting a manicure. It was perfect for a date day. Both of us had never had a pedicure at a salon before. It was so relaxing. Quinn was my technician and he had Helen. Both were extremely nice, and attentive. The lemon grass scent from his pedicure was so invigorating. Definitely recommend that based on the smell alone. I was a patron of Mila Nail bar today for the first time. It was a great experience for my nails. My services for a full set took just under 1 hour. Tom did an excellent job prepping and doing my nails, I'm really satisfied with the outcome. He shaped them and filed them exactly how I wanted. The design of the place is really nice and I do want to return for a pedicure. I was also offered snacks and drinks, great touch for customer service. This is a 4 star review because of my final charges. I do not understand why I was charged for "extra length". I specifically asked for a short nail set and from the pictures, they show my nails are not long at all. A 5$ up charge was absolutely unnecessary. How short do your nails have to be to avoid a length charge??? I'm 50/50 on returning for additional services because of this. read more

This was a few months back but I had to let others know; I had the worst experience at this salon with Jessica. From the start, she pushed me into getting tips when I specifically said I didn't want them. She also told me that square nails would make my fingers look big, which was unnecessary and rude. When I asked for a normal SNS topcoat, she argued with me and insisted I had to get gel, even though I repeatedly said no. To make matters worse, I was charged an extra $5 for tips (that I never wanted) and another $5 for oval shaping, even though I had originally said I would do square. None of these extra charges were mentioned to me beforehand. On top of that, the listed price online says $45, but apparently, that's incorrect, and the new price is $48--something they failed to update or inform customers about. I was also supposed to receive a healthcare worker discount, and they didn't apply it. I understand that nail salons need to make money, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I was so uncomfortable the entire time, and by the time I left, I was visibly shaking. They could have at least offered some kind of discount for how unpleasant this was, but they didn't. The whole experience felt unprofessional and completely unnecessary. To top it off, Jessica asked me to review her before she even started my nails--glad I waited until after. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I left with multiple cuts and scrapes all over my fingers and toes from where the nail techs either filed my skin off, or dug too deep into my cuticles. To make it worse, they soaked my hands in acetone several times for no reason, leaving my nails brittle and my open wounds burning. I'll be lucky if I don't end up with an infection. On top of that, they wasted over two hours of my time struggling with a simple ombré design they clearly weren't capable of doing. Instead of being honest, they dragged it out -- and then had the audacity to act like they were doing me a favor by not charging me after I finally told them to just remove everything. The staff was incredibly rude and condescending the entire time. After damaging & ruining my nails, the tech said she'd get "Tom" to fix them -- only for him to loudly and repeatedly refuse in front of the whole salon, adding to the humiliation. I left frustrated, hurt, and so upset I could've cried. Save yourself the pain...literally, and stay far away from this place. read more

Officially found my favorite nail salon in the Gwinnett area. I was in the area for brunch with my husband and decided to pop in to give it a try for a mani and pedi and instantly fell in love. The decor is stunning and I love how spacious the nail bar is. We were greeted with extremely kind service ensuring we were comfortable. They offer complimentary drinks (waters, sodas and wine). We tried the standard mani and pedicure and the Margarita pedicure. There are themed pedicures that come with the drink it's named after. The margarita was very flavorful and the quality of the mani and pedicures were top of the line. It's so relieving to see in a post COVID world a salon that actually uses new tools with each customer, fresh out of the pack, and not just say they do with no proof. I'll definitely be back to try their extensive menu as from observing others work on others, that they offer up to date trends with exceptional quality. My nails were done by nail tech Robert, who is amazing. Went with my bf and mom. Got regular mani pedi nothing extra. Their work was pretty swift and easy. I'd rate it was a good job for regular mani pedi. One thing though was the ladies who worked on 3 of us tried to peer pressure me to purchase a drink from the bar for my mother to enjoy. My mother doesn't require it and was just enjoying the massage chair. The lady didn't back down and kept showing me the menu for the next 10-15 minutes telling me to get their signature drink. To be upcharged and not made aware during the service is a problem. $80 for a full set of short nails with a French tip is unbelievable to me when compared to other nail salons in the area. A whopping $5 was taken off for the inconvenience. In her explanation, the individual with whom we spoke said, "When you all..." I'm not sure who "you all" was referring to, but it could be taken offensively. Nails are done quickly; it remains to be seen if the quality last. I wish them all the best, but I will not return nor would I recommend this place to anyone. This was my first and last visit. Hmm something has definitely changed here! The pedicure I received today, was one of the least relaxing ones ever. My first nail tech could barely hold my toenails properly because she had 5 inch long nails. Really bizarre for a nail tech to have nails that long. She poked me multiple times with her talons. I respectfully told her I didn't think she was a proper fit for my pedicure needs. The new tech wasn't any better honestly, she was nice but not thorough at all. I had to clean underneath my own toenails because she completely forgot to do it. I cleaned them in front of her by the way, and she just giggled. This went from being an awesome salon with great experiences, to being subpar today at best. Update: Christine was extremely empathetic about my service today, she comped the pedicure which showed she cared a lot! Visited for the first time today. The ambiance, staff and amenities are amazing. Snacks, a bar, staff checking on you to make sure all is going well.. it runs like a well oiled machine in this place. I haven't had service like this in a routine nail salon in a while.. this is more like a spa if you ask me. I had a small pricing hiccup that was handled expeditiously and I would be delighted to come back again. It's almost like the Chick Fil-a of nail salons. Amazing look, service and people. When I started my pedicure the lady who was filing my toes filed my nails too short where the file cut me and made me bleed on two nails. Then after the lady doing my gel nail polish told me i can only have gel if i get a manicure. Best salon in the area! I moved to Loganville from Alpharetta a year ago and finding the same level of service and atmosphere here has been a challenge. This salon is new, beautiful, and clean. Got a pedicure and my eyelashes done (needed it done and couldn't get an appt with regular lash person. I give the pedicure an 8 and thats only because they didn't try to up-sale me. I would have upgraded my pedicure from basic in a heart beat. I give my lashes a 2 i tried to give a 3 but just couldn't. I asked about the product because the fake mink lashes are hard and bother me she bushed my questions of with her years of experience. I asked for a cat's eye. She was asking me about the length of the lashes she should use . How would I know your the expert. Then of course the lashes feel like hard plastic and after a week the plastic edges began to scratch my eye because she glued the too close to my skin. read more
