Several of my neighbors recently had their driveways sealed by this company, and although I was considering hiring them as well, there were already some warning signs that I should have paid more attention to. The work resulted in damage to multiple lawns, including properties that were not having any work done. When I contacted the owner to discuss scheduling, the interaction was unprofessional from the start. He answered the phone with only "hello," and I had to ask whether I had reached the correct business. When I asked if he could let me know when he had availability, he stated that he was very busy and simply told me to send my address. Later, he called me back, but I missed the call. When I eventually reached him, he said they could come the following day. I began explaining that I would be out of town and was about to ask whether the work could be completed while I was away, with a neighbor handling payment. Before I could finish my sentence, he interrupted me and angrily stated that it was ridiculous for me to call if I wasn't available the next day. As I tried to explain my proposed arrangement, he repeatedly interrupted me, raised his voice, and berated me. He demanded to know how he was supposed to get in contact with me, despite not allowing me to explain that I had a plan in place. At that point, I simply said, "Okay, thank you very much. No problem," and ended the call. Shortly afterward, he began sending text messages accusing me of being rude for hanging up. I responded that I felt he was being rude by refusing to let a potential customer explain their availability and needs. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, he told me to "go f*** yourself." That he makes a lot of money implying my business isn't needed. No customer should be spoken to that way. Regardless of how busy a business owner may be, basic professionalism and respect should be expected. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

The patio is along the back of my house and there are 2 doors going into the house from the patio, one slider and one hinged door. The new patio looks good enough but the whole thing is too high relative to the house, the top of the pavers are the same height as the top of the door saddle. I can not install a storm door because it will hit a floor mat. I had asked Manuel to make the patio about an inch below the door saddles during the estimate and again before the pavers were installed, he agreed but didn't do it. It's discouraging, the patio looks nice but it's the wrong height. Now I face the dilemma of living with it or having another contractor rip it out and install it at the right height.

IM LANDSCAPING & MASONRY TO THE RESCUE!!…read more Since the pandemic, our patio was in desperate need of a refresh; take out the weeds, clean the bluestones and put poly sand in the joints. After getting several estimates, we called IM Landscaping and spoke to Freddy. He was able to come to our home and give us an estimate to do the work, which was fair and reasonable. Freddy and his team arrived early the next morning. I loved the fact that they were very thorough in removing the weeds, digging deep to get the root balls out. After that, they power washed the entire patio, even behind the condenser. Everything was so fresh and clean!! Due to the rain forecast, Freddy thought it best to make sure the stones were thoroughly dry before he installed the sand. He returned the following week and completed the work.
