She pulled into our driveway with her big truck, and she wore a mask and our dog went right to her. She is really good with dogs. It took about two hours for our dog to get a full grooming treatment (remember, our dog is super furry and hadn't been groomed for a while), but when our dog emerged from the grooming truck, he looked beautiful! His coat was literally gleaming. We were so happy. I highly recommend Wags to Whiskers for pet grooming, especially if you are looking for a convenient option (they come to you!).

I wanted a smaller establishment that would provide SoraBelle with a more intimate experience verses treating her like a random number. I had been on the waitlist for a few weeks before receiving the call that her new groomer Rachel was available. Prior to SoraBelle's appointment we received personalized messages that included reminders and pics for my groomer in prep for SoraBelle's first cut. I did not get to do the initial meet-n-greet with Rachel due to out of state travel but the hubby reassured me the drop off went really good. The feedback was Rachel seemed knowledgeable, attentive and excited to meet SoraBelle; getting on the floor for a proper hello. It's so easy to wash my pup without any of the stress of going into a busy pet store. The shampoo and conditioner spray directly out of the hose (the conditioner is the best detangler & leaves him super soft) and there's also an option for flea preventative if you choose. There's also a vacuum nozzle to blow dry your pup at the end. The booth is always clean and prevents you from getting drenched anytime your dog goes to shake off the water, along with some microfiber towels to use on their faces. The best DIY option out there.

It's all handled via text. So typically where my dog previously went I would have to make time to call, most times they didn't answer so I had to leave a message and wait hours for them to call me back. With Bark, you send a text message along with a photo of your pet and your desired day and time. She responds within a short time and provides suggested dates. You even upload your vaccination records via email so when you arrive everything is there. Once my appointment was made (the very next week). It is located right off Fallcreek and Central. A pretty busy intersection but there is plenty of parking right in front of the salon. When I walked in she was right there with a big smile on her face to greet me. She was super excited to see my pup which as an owner makes you feel really good. She confirmed the type of cut I wanted and let me know it would be a couple of hours and she would call when ready. One thing that I LOVE is that they aren't in crates while they are waiting. She has a gate and a couch they can relax on until it's their turn or until they are picked up. Love that! As she said, she was done in about 2 hours and the result was fantastic! My pup never looked so good! Her fur was super soft and she smelled amazing. Her ears and tail were just as I hoped for. Her face was perfect. Just a really really good job. Very impressed by her grooming skills for sure! The only negative is the pricing is a bit higher than what I am used to paying by about $30, so I will have to weigh the cost vs the end result and my pups experience which means...we will be back!
