I did think that one of his nurses was a bit rushed with me and that part I didn't love. When I wanted to take off my shoes to get weighed, she said 'please don't.' I have two other patients waiting. And because I am thin, she said what are you worried about? That is not really a great answer! But Dr. Coletti is great!

Allow me to explain…read more I was looking for a new internist and Dr Constance Fields was very highly rated, so I called and made an appointment on January 3rd. I wouldn't have been able to have been seen until March 13th, but I was willing to wait for a great doctor, so I said ok. This past Friday (Feb 24th) they called me to inform me that Dr Fields doesn't normally see new patients at that date / time but they'd honor it since I had already waited for months. They also told me that the person who made the appointment didn't take all my info. Ok, no prob. She then asked what the reason for my appointment was and I told her yearly checkup and she said that Dr Fields is a cardiologist and does not see new patients for IM. I explained that my insurance said she was an internist, and that I also told the person I made the appointment with that. She said, "Yeah she made a lot of mistakes". ??? So I asked if they could at least suggest a new Dr and she just started reading off a list in a monotone voice. You could tell she couldn't vouch for them. I said forget it I'll just go through my insurance like I did months ago and hung up. To say I was angry was an understatement. I could've seen another Dr months ago. What a waste of time, all because they hired someone incompetent. Smh

At this time my medicine was increased and in August, I was admitted to the hospital as an emergency with extremely low potassium. I spent 5 days in the hospital and luckily avoided ICU and recovered. My efforts to speak to the Office Manager has gone unanswered. I never had my life in danger under Dr Bakers care.

Beyond Disappointing. The patient care at this office used to be so good....now it is abysmal. It…read moreseems that the best doctors have retired, but I still tried to give it one last chance. Big mistake. My "new" doctor, Dr. Ghazi, (who had only been in this practice for 1 year), left the practice abruptly. I showed up for my scheduled appointment on a Thursday, and even though she had left on a Monday, NOBODY BOTHERED TO INFORM ME THAT SHE WAS GONE!...even though the office had both confirmed my appointment and done online checkin. Because I was already fasting, I decided to do a visit with the nurse practitioner...another big mistake. Apparently the computers were down, convenient excuse...is there not a backup?....so I had to tell them what to test, ie thyroid, cholesterol, etc. The practitioner left the room and returned several times, all still without drawing my blood. Finally, after 90 minutes, I confronted a different practitioner who came into the room, but she spoke absolutely no English, as evidenced by the fact that she kept repeating "urine" when I told her I was waiting on bloodwork. Finally, my blood was drawn almost 2 hours after my appointment time; (and I realized later that they never measured my blood pressure, even though I am on BP medication.) Of course I had to interpret the bloodwork results myself since I no longer have a doctor. To see what this office has become, as a long time patient (25 years), it completely saddens me. And all this was considered a "well" visit. I hate to think about the type of "care" you would receive if you were sick. Stay away.
