Efrain was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. I was throwing a wedding in a backyard and was somewhat scattered and confused about what to rent. Efrain responded to communications quickly and politely, and even stopped by the house to assess the space for recommendations. I ended up with a 30x30 tent, 10 long tables, 3 cocktail tables, and 80 chairs (upgrade) for around $900. This was comparable or better than various other quotes I received. I'd say the only confusing portion of the process was the varying prices between types of tents that are the same size (rope vs pole...etc). But, a quick in person conversation remedied this. Efrain and the team showed up on time two days before the event for set up, and the morning following the event for pick up. They were quiet for pick up (which we appreciated due to early hour on a Sunday). He also told me to give him a call prior to the event to let him know if I needed anything else. I rarely do reviews and I'm actually late with this one. But I knew I had to write this because I was very happy with the service. I worked with Efrain and he provided great service. He responded promptly to all queries. The tent was delivered and assembled quickly before our event. In fact they called and asked to come 2 days before the event because they were expecting rain the next day. On the actual day of the baby shower (11/13/21) we had terrible wind and rain. (We found out later that tornadoes had hit over areas of Long Island that day!) Miraculously the tent held up and the heater was great! They came and disassembled the tent and no one even needed to be there for that. Had we not rented the tent the shower would have had to be cancelled. It was money well spent! I have no complaints. They are very reasonable in price .. I rented tent and Six 60' round tables ,40 chairs , two buffets tables , one cooler and table linens . Things were delivered promptly but they forgot one table linen for one table When I called Efrain about the missing table cloth His answer was " I'm on the other side of the island and can not give you the table cloth " I had to get a bed sheet to cover the table which didn't look nice . I was holding two graduation parties over a weekend this past July. I needed to rent tables, chairs & a large tent to accommodate about 60 or so for each day. So first, I called an old caterer for the party rental we used in the past. They told me they are no longer using that company and only recommending GABOWABO Party Rental. I decided to call the first company directly before calling GABOWABO. Lucky for me, they were rude, expensive, and wanted to charge me a lot more than GABOWABO for the second day of the party. They rushed through my questions and said they would call me back and never did. They did me a favor. The two girls did not want one party so I was trying to make everyone happy and needed a rental place that wasn't going to take full advantage of me because of this. Every company wanted to charge me double. I called GABOWABO and spoke with Efrain. He was at all times pleasant and professional. He never made a big deal about anything ... I immediately got a good vibe from him and was right. He was very kind and understanding to my dilemma between the two girls and worked with me on this. No one else was interested in doing this or even cared. I was just another customer in the cash register for them. I felt so bad on the day of install. It was pouring rain and the guys tried to set up the 20X30 rope & pole tent but apparently there was a built in pool prior to my ownership which was causing the stakes not to go in all the way. They were so cool about it and delivered a more expensive tent without the stakes at no additional charge. I always read reviews so I checked GABOWABO'S. All I saw were really outstanding reviews for the company and their customer service. They actually care about your party. Whenever I called the number, Efrain always answers the call. There were never any problems at all. I highly recommend this party rental company for all your needs. I very happy from start to finish with this company.
