(loh, Arain, shiv, Ebo) I liked Dr Ebo, he was the primary care for my family (except my mom) Fast forward they open their Dundalk location and now are a one stop shop, which is great. Scheduling appointments to see your treating physician is not easy, they dont have openings for weeks or when you call to make an appointment they want you to see their NPs. With that said, Charlie, the "nursse mgr" informed me that "Mace Medical has 20,000 patients and when he speaks he speaks for all the doctors there, if your not happy, find another provider" Charlie also proceeded with snark comments regarding my Jan. 25th 2025 visit with Dr. Ebo Yes, after 30 yrs of primary care, the Doctors there allow their staff to dismiss patients. Through their Healow app I requested a prescription refill to hold me over because I found a new doctor. Just like that, my refills were sent and they took away my access to their app, which was medical records and history needed for a new primary. If you're looking for a family friendly doctors office, this is no longer the place to go.

The management company phoned me at 9:00 am to change my appointment from 3:00 pm that day to 10:00 am. I could not make it there by that time. They then said 11:20 am. I said I would have to shuffle some things around, but I would manage. I arrived at 11:00am, handed over all of my insurance cards again. Then I sat and waited for 1hour 15 minutes. I asked the girl behind the desk why I was still waiting when they were taking people who came in after me. She nonchalantly stated "they forgot about you." I asked when I could be seen, "I will go back next but I would have wait to wait till everyone else had been." By calculations that would be another hour or more. I had other appointments that I had already rescheduled to accoommodate this long distance management company! I walked out! Telling them that "they better not charge my Medicare or sup insurance, I will keep an eye on it!" Tried calling to talk to someone at the long distance office, had to leave a message. Tried cancelling an upcoming shot, left 2 messages so far. No one calls back and they will not give a phone number for the Timonium office. I believe the only thing the woman at the desk in the office does is take insurance and process the payment. I have change Drs., one who has a real practice, not a long distance management company.

No attempt to establish any type or patient/physician relationship. I described the only issue I have been having, and he prescribed me an anti-depressant because it would also help with my symptoms, although I'm not experiencing any of the symptoms associated with depression. Understandable that medicine can be used for treatment of other things. Totally irresponsible to prescribe me a new medication that is known to have side effects that can alter your brain chemistry and then tell me to schedule a follow-up in ONE YEAR. However, over the last 6 months, I have experienced MANY office communication problems. This is across the board with specialists and primary care physicians. The providers' staff DO NOT return phone calls or respond to messages. I had to physically walk into the back of my primary doctor's office, (without an appointment, and no one at the front desk) to get a referral for PT after calling four times with the request. The nurse was concerned she hadn't gotten the messages, and I showed her my call log to verify the contacts. This is just one example, we have had three other concerning encounters involving cancelled appointments (on their end), records not being forwarded to specialists outside the site, and an inability to schedule or reschedule appointments as no one returns our calls. Primary doctors and nurse practitioners retire or resign and there are no replacements, the existing doctors are stretched thin. We unfortunately, after 30+ years, will be looking for a location.

I came to him with chronic lower back pain that is likely caused by a bruised/ruptured lower disc in my spine, having now been in an extreme amount of pain for 2-3 weeks. He was completely dismissive of the amount of pain I am in due to my back issues, and would not discuss any kind of immediate pain management, arguing with me that if the current medicine he gave me isn't working, what else would I like to try? I'm the patient!!! I do not know what to do, that's why I came to him! He kept asking me what I wanted to do about my condition. If I knew that, I would also be a doctor and wouldn't need him. But, seeing as I'm not, I was relying on him, a supposed professional, to provide me help, which he did not. He was condescending to me when asking questions about my pain, and telling me I shouldn't be in as much pain as I am in. When asked to show him the pain, I told him I couldn't physically draw the line of sensation because I couldn't bend down to trace it down my leg into my feet. He just kept saying please try... please try to what? All of a sudden not have excruciating pain anymore? Eventually he got a "poker" to use to draw down my leg, which was a Stanley hardware level. Why the hell does he use a Stanley level as a medical device??? After all this, he just referred me to a pain management specialist which was on a list of doctors noted for dealing with pain medicine addiction. So, after all this, it was clear he thought of me as a person simply seeking pain medicine as a junkie, not as a real person who is living in excruciating back pain due to a possible spinal disc rupture. He wouldn't discuss anything else because he was bias against me. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Additionally, the front staff misplaced my insurance information and may have put someone else's insurance card info as mine. That is extremely concerning due to the amount of PII they process every day.

Dr. Antoniades is an outstanding surgeon who cares about his patients. I have two herniated discs…read morethat I suffered with for many years. The pain was on and off during that time until finally the pain was permanent. That's when I saw Dr. Antoniades. Dr. Antononiades and his entire staff was very professional and answered all my questions. Dr. Antoniades performed a Foraminotomy and even removed disc fragments that did not show up on the MRI. Finally no more pain and now I can even sleep for 8 hours without being in excruciating pain. Before the surgery I could only sleep for 4 hours at a time. Thank God for your magic hands Dr. Antoniades!
