Prior to our wedding day, I met with Shannon and Danielle about my wants/needs for the day of and they were just a joy to work with. Our conversation flowed smoothly and you can see their passion in their work. When my Mom also wanted a trial done before the day, they accommodated her needs (especially concerns regarding mask usage and COVID). On the day of the wedding, they arrived on-time and were patient with my group; many who wanted "eyes only" done for the wedding due to mask usage. We had wonderful conversations the day of the wedding, and tons of laughter! When most of us asked for natural/neutral tones, Shannon delivered on her ability to make it work for each of our skin tones. Also, if you have questions or concerns about fake lashes, DON'T. The lashes that Shannon uses are AMAZING!!!! They don't look fake or gaudy, they look natural and beautiful! Melissa took such care and effort with my hair. She also asked me my preferences about whether I wanted the front tresses up or down.. I told her up and then realized as she was almost done that I should have said I wanted them down. She refused to let me just say "No it's alright" and redid the entire braid. I have never felt more beautiful in all my life. I can't wait to see the pictures. Beyond their skill, they are lovely to work with and chat to. They definitely are in the right profession and I recommend them very highly.

Very sweet girl. When she was done I asked her to add a little volume to the top of my flat head and without hesitation she did that and once she was all done, I LOVED it! Very happy with Charlotte who by the way added me to her Monday schedule when it's super difficult to find someone! Also very happy with Jenn who was very prompt in returning my email. She also worked with my schedule because I work nights and I need the latest appointment available so I'm sure she had to coordinate with Charlotte. I had to change one of my choices because I went out on a date with my husband and she was sweet telling me to have a great night with him. She could have just ignored that but she chose to add a little bit of personality to what could have been a very impersonal email. That says a lot to me. I'll definitely be using Charlotte's services again!

Getting dolled up and putting on make-up is one of the things us women love to do but few have perfected the mastery of it... Except for this one! I have always feared having my make-up done at a make-up counter and leaving unsatisfied. This has unfortunately happened in the past, to the point where I have taken the make-up off and had to redo it myself because it was nothing like what I wanted! I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. The first time Gaby did my make-up I felt like a whole new person, completely glowing! I received so many compliments, it was amazing. It by far exceeded my expectations! Since then Gaby has been my go to person for all my events. I can tell Gaby the look I'm going for and it is on point if not better every time!
