I've done Reiki a couple of times before but never felt a huge difference. With Deborah, it was different. During the session, Deborah asked questions to understand my needs and concerns. During the healing session, I yawned a lot (like I was releasing a lot of repressed energy!). Afterwards, I felt relaxed - it was clear that the session truly worked although it wasn't done in person, which I was a little nervous about at first. I have Lupus SLE and was going through months of non-stop flaring and had a gut feeling (intuition) that something inside me was unbalanced, thus causing my stress and anxiety to be in a state that I could just not tame. As I sat and listened to my niece tell me she is about to have another seizure, I prayed to God and…read morethought there has to be more we can do as a family to help her. She is 9 years old and began having seizures about two years ago when her mother's emotional and physical states began to deteriorate due to mental disease. In addition, her parents were on the path to divorce. It was too much for her and her twin brother to deal with. I felt the seizures were related to my niece's emotional state which preceded the tremors and eye rolling. She needed spiritual healing.. Linda was able to have a session with the twins right away.
