Took in my iPhone for a back glass and battery replacement. First I was told a few hours and then that turned into next day. After picking up my phone it started to restart multiple times within a few minutes. They had me take my phone back to keep it again over night. Now, two weeks later it's back to doing the same thing. I would've appreciated honesty if they didn't have the proper equipment/skill to fix what was needed. Dropped off my ipad with charging issues, after a week of waiting i called and they gave me an excuse about being busy. Next week it was waiting on a part. A week after that week it was an "incompetent employees" fault who "is no longer working there". So I dropped my phone today for the 30th time an it finally decided to shatter. I've had it for over three years so I didn't really feel bad about it. My co worker on the other hand who witnessed every second acted as if though I had dropped her first born. Anyway, to the point! I called six different places in the area and this was the cheapest. Willy seemed super nice over the phone, he even gave me directions when I couldn't find the place. It's kind of tricky to find but it's there! After several months of frustration, I found out that this employee had left the company and then spoke directly with Willy (the owner) and Jay who both got my iPad pro fixed in record time. Unfortunately, due to multiple previous repair attempts, my back-facing camera did not work any more, but they gave me the choice of opening the iPad up again to try to fix this (and possibly cracking the screen) or accepting it as-is with this functionality missing at a reduced repair price. They had to call in a parts guy while I waited and to this day I have no idea what they did to it. That day I went home and then immediately had screen issues and took it back & was repaired for a third time. Took it home and had more problems with my touch screen and static on the screen while using it. I decided to take it to Apple Store the 4th time as I was afraid they'd do more damage & I had to get a brand new phone due to the damage they had done to it. They're awesome! I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and my screen was more shattered than my heart ever has been right? So I went in there because it literally wouldn't even let me touch anything. I messed up the LCD along with the screen. $160 (or 180, it's been a few months, sorry!) later and one short hour later, it's brand new! They're fast, fairly priced, and in a convenient spot. There is a finger print on the inside of it where my front faced camera is so I messaged the owner and even though I'm so lazy and it's been months, he's still willing to have me come in to fix that. I was soooo close to going to another repair shop that was going to charge me $120 for my screen repair--but then last night I found this shop through Yelp. I am soooo glad I found this place! It's a little hard to find; the actual shop was inside this two-story business complex that kind of looks like an apartment complex. The guy that was there was very nice, and very quick at fixing my cracked screen--I only waited about 20 minutes (there were two phones ahead of me). Another thing that I liked was that they have a 30 day warranty on the screens, so in case anything happens (aside from cracks or water damage), you can get it replaced for free. Do you know how hard it is to replace the screen of an iPhone 4s? Very tiresome and time consuming. There is like 50 steps to take it apart, and another 50 steps back. If you're a fool like me and pull on the ribbon on the screen a wee bit too hard after long hours, you will feel sad and quite disappointed that success was so close. At least if you get your repairs done by someone else have it done here! It was the cheapest out of 9 stores that I got a price quote over the phone for. The shop is small and hidden in the corner of the complex, but inside you'll see a pile of broken screens and various parts on the desk behind the man named Willy. He's friendly enough and very efficient. He quoted me 30 minutes, but was done in probably 20 mins (I only had time to get cash and barely enough time to finish my game). If you need your Samsung Galaxy S4 fixed; Premier telecom is the place to go! I dropped my phone and cracked my screen (duh!). I checked Yelp and called around a few places that had great reviews. I actually called Premier telecom (Willy) first, who explained the "special needs" of the S4 for repair and how long it would take. I was impatient and took it "somewhere else" instead. BIG mistake. When I got it back it did EXACTLY what Willy said it would do if I didn't get the complete fix. It looked gorgeous when I picked it up, but the touch screen was almost completely unresponsive. I was rushing to get back to work, so I did the swipe left/right, and thought it was okay. So... With all my pride in my pocket I called Premier telecom and Willy told me to bring it in. He fixed it just like he said he could and now it works flawlessly! BTW, only Premier telecom, and the place I took it to said they could even fix it. Everyone else (including Wireless Toyz) said, use your insurance and get a replacement. I'm on a prepaid plan w/o insurance so that wasn't an option for me.
