It was a Friday and I needed an arrangement Monday morning by 845am, although her shop didn't open until 10am. She said she would get it done and have someone deliver them to me at the time I needed. She gave me her number so that we could communicate and was very responsive. Although her delivery person wasn't able to come at 8:45am, she ran over to me herself at 9am and was so apologetic that she was even 15 minutes late and then gave me some tulips because she felt so bad!
