I've never had a problem in the past. He simply replied with "I'll see that THEY want to do about it" and hung up. THEN comes the part that made me angry.. he called her after hanging up with me BEHIND MY BACK and asked her for a second address. I found that extremely unprofessional and rather swindle. I was told they checked and they were good to be picked up then. Fast forward to today, I get to Caroline's a little after 930, imagine my surprise when the woman behidn the counter tells me not only are the baskets not ready, they won't be ready for at least 2 hours. This isn't what upset me, listen I understand that things happen. What is insanely unprofessional is the fact that I arrived at my office about 7 minutes from Caroline's and she is on the phone with my coworker saying the baskets are ready. I was not told to wait for them, I was told they would need TWO MORE HOURS. I had to spend most of my day running around in circles back and forth when all of this could have been avoided if she asked me to wait 10 more minutes. I am extremely unhappy with the service and unfortunately I don't think I'll be choosing Caroline's anymore.
