My husband and I have just started the process of determining our cause of infertility and what our options will be. I was shocked to find out that their cash pay amount for the semen analysis is $250. They claim you owe $65 upfront because insurance doesn't ever cover that portion (my understanding was it is basically a surcharge for using their lab). Then they bill your health insurance $185. After we found out our health insurance doesn't cover the analysis, I inquired about the cash pay rate for the next analysis needed. They said it is $250. There was no cash pay discount. I explained if insurance covered the analysis, they wouldn't pay the $185 in full. It would be substantially less and based on my research less than $50. Hence, why most providers offer a cash pay discount. The billing office was unable to justify their actions (not that they technically needed to) and lacked all signs of empathy or understanding. I feel they take advantage of people who have no other options. My husband took a day off work to do an analysis and drop off the sample at the local office 20 minutes away. That morning they called and said he had to switch to their main office, which is over an hour away, due to lack of staffing at the local office. I would think the local office would have a backup plan for their office if an employee was a no show as they indicated that was the reason. Evidently, their backup plan is to travel to a different office. I find that to be a poor business plan resulting in a poor customer experience. During our initial appointment they requested I call on day one of my next cycle so they could schedule me for multiple time sensitive tests. However, it took four months for there to be an opening that would work with my timing. They had the audacity to advise they would need to put me on birth control so they could decide when my cycle starts. I inquired if my OBGYN could perform the procedures as they did some of them previously and the person voiced hesitation and frustration at my inquiry. I advised I would not be going on birth control due my history with it. If a provider tells you to call so the next month they can get you scheduled but they end up having no openings for four months, that is a poor customer experience. I also feel they decide to do every test imaginable when they might not all be needed based on prior testing done or the results of the semen analysis. It felt like it was a cookie cutter appointment and treatment plan. Our end goal is to have a baby. Hopefully that will happen and the poor customer experience will be a distant memory. However, we have a long way to go and it is very disheartening and frustrating. I don't know if this is standard across the infertility industry, but I would recommend trying a different clinic if you are just starting out. read more

PLEASE READ! Would love to give 0 stars. After a year of TTC with no success, we were referred to Gago Fertility Center by our OB/GYN (who we love). We met, virtually, with Dr. Catherine Hansen. First: She was over 30 minutes late! We understand that appointments run over, and that's okay! A courtesy call/email from the office would've been nice. Second: We immediately went into family history (high BP, cancer, heart disease, etc). I am very conscious about my past family health and I get checked for these things often, and I don't have any of those issues! I was told that I really need to watch what I eat and how much exercise I get because, "Your BMI is significantly overweight and that does impact your fertility" Guys....do I have some junk in the trunk? Yes. Am I morbidly obese? God, no! I have a very strong and broad body. I am active and I do eat fairly healthy...but we also like taco Tuesday! BMI charts are proven to be out of date anyways. Weight talks don't usually offend me, but there were more important things to discuss that didn't involve my fat content. Third: She asked what kind of vaccines we have received (didn't know that mattered in fertility?). I told her about all the usual ones you get as a kid, like polio, MMR, etc. She then asked if we got the COVID shot, and we both said no. She raised an eyebrow, looked down at her desk and said, "Welp. Your body, your choice, right?" Felt very politically pushy and condescending! Fourth: She had the sonograms of a saline ultrasound procedure I had done a few weeks prior. She was adamant on redoing the procedure to be able to have her "own" pictures of the fibroids. Mind you, they put a straw into your cervix to inject saline into your uterus. It is not a comfortable procedure and I had JUST had it done!!! I'm not sure why we couldn't use those recent sonograms as a baseline of information. Fifth: We told her in the beginning that we weren't really considering IVF at this stage, but we're open to IUI. EVERY SINGLE SOLUTION that she mentioned danced around IVF. IUI wasn't even mentioned. Not one solution mentioned solving the fibroid/bleeding problem. Lastly: She wasn't even concerned about the crazy amount of bleeding I experience monthly (baseball sized clots). She wasn't concerned that I wasn't getting pregnant, possibly from the plethora of uterine fibroids. She didn't even ask my husband about a semen analysis! She seemed like she was solely worried about my weight, since that's what she kept circling back to! All in all, we felt like we were a money grab. We did not go into the appointment having a specific solution in mind, but we did want to get pregnant/stop the heavy bleeding! We know enough to know that IVF is not the only "solution" out there. We had such an unpleasant experience that I cried to my OB/GYN and begged her to not refer anymore women to this specific doctor. She took any confidence we had in fertility clinics/treatments and crushed it. read more

1st appt- online consultation that Dr Weinman was an hour late. At this appointment, I specifically said that I could not afford IVf, and wanted to try fertility drugs. Dr Weinman recommended a hysterscopy. Involving water and cameras to check uterus/tubes. Scheduled for late Dec 2022. I was supposed to get bloodwork done on a specific cycle day, but that day fell on Christmas Eve. Christmas day was Sunday, lab wasn't open. Told doctor's office that I would get the labs that next month/ASAP, and what had happened with the holiday conflict. Hysterscopy was done. During the whole painful procedure, a seemingly new staff (to that procedure), kept staring at the TV screen (camera) enthustically saying how excited she was (to see the peocedure?). It's already a rough procedure and an emotional process, and a staff member is giddy with happiness while watching it performed.. Smh. Brief consult after, about 3 min, where IVF was pushed again (I had repeatedly said that I couldn't afford that and was interested in trying a fertility supplement. My whole purpose for going). I was told that it was,"hard to see one side, but sometimes that happens" and then commented back to the bloodwork. I again explained that it was a holiday and I'd get it done ASAP. I left the appointment, got the bloodwork, and waited. No response. Tried calling a few times, but their phone hours conflict with my normal work hours, so that was a challenge. Called again, got through, and was told that I needed a Hysterscopy. I explained that I had JUST had this done in Dec 2022. Receptionist told me that the notes said it needed to be done. I explained, again, that I had just had it done in December, completed the labs after, and was interested in fertility supplements. That i hadn't heard anything after labs were done. They said they'd call me back. Got a call back to schedule another consultation. During the conversation, Dr. Weinman told me that I had tubal blockage and needed a surgerical procedure to correct it. What??? That she told me this, her notes say so. That I also had polyps. All of this is new to me, to the point that I wondered if she was actually looking at MY chart. Asked when I could schedule the procedure for these things to be done. By this time, 6 months had passed since my Hysterscopy!!! I've been tracking cycles and everything, totally clueless to the fact that I supposedly had blockage. Having a "hard time seeing one side, but sometimes that happens. We will know more when we get the bloodwork back" is NOT the same thing as saying, "Your tubes are blocked and you need a surgical procedure to correct it". I had the procedure done, duplicate of Dec procedure, under sedation. Only to be told, 5 minutes beforehand, that they weren't going to do anything about the supposed blockage (??!!!!l). My WHOLE purpose for going! They removed one polyp, duplicated a procedure that they had just done 6 months prior, skipped the entire procedure that I went to have done, and again tried to push IVF. I've wasted about 8 months of time with this "clinic". I'm disgusted. Zero stars, 5 regrets! read more

On October 11th, 2022, I had an appointment with Dr Weinman at 4:00. It was my first time seeing her and it was supposed to be a "next step" appointment for an IUI. The receptionist told me that since they already have my records and testing previously, I would not have to do any more testing. I went into the appointment thinking we were going to talk about scheduling the IUI and what it looks like. I was disappointed in finding out we have to do more testing. I had a tough time before with the HSG, due to it being painful. I started crying in the office because I was sad about not being able to do the IUI as quickly as I thought. Dr. Weinman said "I'm trying to explain but you're sitting here crying." I explained to her that I had a therapy appointment about my infertility 30 minutes prior to this appointment so I was sensitive about the subject. My husband told her that we feel like it's another roadblock and we've been trying for almost 5 years. After a few minutes of her explaining that we have to do more testing, she said "I don't appreciate the eye roll." I had to ask her what she had said because I was taken aback. I asked her when I rolled my eyes and she said "I saw an eye flicker there." I didn't once roll my eyes at her. We were all wearing masks and you couldn't see my expression. I felt attacked and I felt completely invalidated. I felt like it was completely out of line and unprofessional behavior. We got up and walked out. I went to my car and had a panic attack due to the invalidation I received from her. After about 5 minutes, my husband tried to go back in to ask for records and they were already closed. In a career where you help people start their families, the doctors need to have better bedside manner. Infertility is the HARDEST thing I have ever dealt with in my life. I feel like I have to start over and find a new fertility clinic. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Weinman. She could have easily said "I see you're frustrated, I'm so sorry you're dealing with this." But instead, she got defensive right away. I am so disgusted with her behavior. I'm not sure if she's just desensitized to infertility, but I can tell you that if she keeps treating people like this, they will find somewhere else to go. read more

My husband and I met virtually with Dr. Weinman for a consultation in December. Dr. Weinman was kind and compassionate, so it felt promising. On January 18th, I went to Gago for blood work as their recommended first step in the fertility process. I arrived 10 minutes early and didn't get called back until an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I'm sure they are busy, but communication from the team about delays would have been nice. On January 20th, I called the office to see when I could expect to receive blood work results back. In my experiences elsewhere, blood work takes a few days at most. They said the doctors already had my results, were reviewing them, and would return them on the following Monday or Tuesday (January 24th at the latest). There has been radio silence on their end, so I called three times last week to try to get through to the nurses and get my results posted to my portal. On January 31st, I called again and finally got through to a woman named Mary. She told me the doctor was still reviewing my blood work results and wouldn't be able to send them until she was done. She also went on to tell me, "You're showing that you may have PCOS and some thyroid problems, but remember, I can't diagnose so this isn't a diagnosis." I was completely distraught by the time I hung up with Mary. I would suggest that the doctors tell employees not to guess as to what patients may have or tell them that they "might have PCOS" if they aren't able to diagnose such an issue with complete confidence. Today is February 3rd. I called again and had one result in my portal. The result was for a thyroid hormone. It said high, but the note from the doctor said that all levels are within normal range and they look forward to seeing me at my next appointment. As someone who isn't a medical professional, I didn't understand how a high result meant all levels were normal. I was asking why I couldn't review all the results or have them explained by a doctor. Mary noted that the results were in my portal, I just didn't have full access, and the doctor would explain them at my next appointment. She sent me to the front desk who also didn't know why my results weren't showing up. They said I had full access. At this point, I feel defeated and will be moving on elsewhere. If you go to Gago, you'll be tossed around from person to person, and never allowed to reach a doctor for straight answers. Your results will take weeks to get back, if not longer. Dealing with fertility issues is already very difficult. This experience has been completely unprofessional and disheartening. I will not be returning to Gago and I urge others to think twice before going here. read more

All couples beware. I would look elsewhere. I'm the husband and just today dropped off a sample. After driving miles all the way home and back, I was told I needed an appointment and my sample is rejected. My wife was already told no appointment required. I was then forced to sit down in crowded waiting room with my sample exposed and entire experience was humiliating. Then they wanted to collect money when I have insurance. Very misleading. No solid communication from this office and you have to hunt them down for results and communication on testing. I asked to speak with Dr. Stentz directly and this was rejected at reception as well. Please look elsewhere for fertility assistance. There's too many other choices out there! My heart goes out to all those in need and may God bless you all. Just over all a terrible experience trying to get help with what was already a terrible experience for my wife and I. Out of the dozens of what seem to be constantly changing staff members, only 3 of them treated us with any form of dignity (the receptionist and sonographer at the Lansing office and Dr. Weinman). After an initially decent experience for our first few appointments, our doctor was suddenly switched to someone whom I did not meet until we were firing them. The care was cold, there was no relationship from a majority of the staff to the patients. Our doctor was changed and we weren't told for almost 3 months. We never received any follow up information from anyone, much less our doctor (Stentz) whom, as said before, we did not get to see until we were going to switch services and wanted to notify her of how awful it was. She took the call in an open hallway across from the patient care rooms (usually whose doors are open with patients in them because of the nurses filtering in and our of the room and leaving them open while women are changing) with several staff walking around behind her and an apparent scribe that she did not inform us was listening to our conversation. The nurses were inexplicably rude to us, never told us their credentials or what they were doing or why. I never had a single staff member even use my name or make eye contact with me in the months we went. When I was providing a sample for one of our IUI's, there was a group of nurses standing outside the door gossiping and speaking negatively about other patients while I was trying to provide a sample! The front desk was outright mean, viewing us as an obstacle to getting to spend more time playing on their phones or gossiping and would do whatever it took to not have to listen to or deal with any questions of any kind. It was often a chore to get their attention to even check in for appointments that, again, we did not entirely know what they were for as none of this was being explained to us. They would prescribe us medications without saying why or what for and never offered information sheets for anything, only responding with more condescension when we asked why or what we were doing. We were even ridiculed for not wanting to participate in giving them our genetic information so they could judge the genetics of our children in order to "make sure we didn't get a child with anything undesirable." TLDR: Money mill that wants to treat you like trash, bill you for doing it, and then kick you out when they tire of your questions. read more

Welp. If possible I'd give 2.5 stars but since I'm due in two months, they get an extra half star for a success story. It's true that everything is run through Gago, who you never see, except for at intake and requested consults and it is a several month wait for an appt. I waited 3 months just for the intake. My partner hated this place because it felt like a money mill with the doc being notably absent and the long wait times. I actually mostly liked the staff, which is important since they're running the show. I felt rushed into IVF which yes has much better success rates but is not covered by my insurance when IUI is. They have a IVF success or half the money back guarantee program that I don't think anyone who needs fertility services would actually qualify for. I think they need to be open to trying IUI for a bit longer. For me, the location in Brighton was important. The appointments are so frequent that to go anywhere else would have been a true hardship for me. Early morning appointments are key to a short wait. If I were paying out of pocket for IVF, though, I would likely go elsewhere. read more

At first, everything seemed great. Once it came down to timing when things were supposed to happen, everything went haywire. Communication was terrible. The office manager never even apologized after the mistakes they made. I'm still waiting for a response from the doctor or someone at the clinic in regards to us moving our embryos to a new clinic. After I shared my disgust with the clinic openly, I've had several people reach out and tell me their horror stories. It appears a physician retired and dr Gago and staff had to absorb everything he took care of and are still accepting new clients. They're over their heads. Don't risk your embryos or babies at this clinic. Don't waste your money. And that's the only thing that they are on top of! Getting in touch about money when it's due. Wouldn't give even 1 star. If you are looking at these reviews then you too are going through infertility. When you are, you want a facility that has compassion, actively cares for its patients, and will go out of its way to make this process as stress-free as possible. If that's what you're looking for, this is not the place for you. To begin, the front desk staff is so incredibly rude and does not want to work there. You're never greeted with a smile or "Welcome" - you're greeted with a frown and unprofessionalism. My first procedure was filled with stress and anxiety, Dr. Weinman did not do anything to aid in those feelings but give us a prescription and send us on our way saying "good luck." When we didn't get pregnant that month, I reached out to the clinic and asked what my next steps are. I was called by a nurse telling me my next steps that were never discussed with us. Over the duration of this phone call, the nurse read my chart to me, and not one part of Weinman's notes matched up with what she told my husband and I. Such as, for the last two months I was supposed to be on REI supplements since my reserves were so low, but she never told me that. Dr. Weinman truly did not care about communicating to us regarding our fertility journey. The nurse once found out that we were told nothing of our steps and brushed it off by saying "She was probably having a bad day" - considering I'm going through infertility, don't you think I'm having a bad day, too? After this incident I requested to be moved to Dr. Gago - they pushed me off 3 months to meet with her. I finally convinced them to give me a virtual appointment with her. She was an hour late to our appointment, and clearly was inconvenienced by our request to meet with her. We expressed our issues with Dr. Weinman which she also just brushed off. Fast forward two months, we end up conceiving. They schedule blood tests but won't tell me what they're for. I never once heard a "Congratulations" or told what next steps were. After you get a positive test, their "policy" is that you have to see their doctors. When scheduling my appointment they put me with Dr. Weinman - apparently they don't update charts here because I have told 3 nurses and Dr. Gago I refuse to see her. After the third time I refused an appointment with Dr. Weinman, the receptionist became irate. The moral of story is that I cannot express how happy I am to be finished with this facility. I hope this review help others get the care they need and require by not going to this clinic. Update: After three phone calls two weeks ago trying to schedule an ultrasound with Dr. Gago (who doesn't have availability for the next month) they are continuing to call me to schedule an appointment with Weinman. She is one of the most caring doctors I have been to. I've seen four reproductive endocrinologist and she is by far the best !!!! No body else would listen to me and she did and she put me on protocols and I am currently pregnant. I cannot recommend her enough. And if people are mad about having to wait. She's worth it. Run away! I had the WORST experience with Dr. Ayers and Dr. Gago. Not only was I told to be on a diet of "26 apples a day" for fertility, constantly had issues with medications being requested that were incorrect, terrible customer service from the nurses at the Gago office. I just had an appointment with Dr. Ayers two weeks ago to be on a medication for 6 weeks, then sends a letter out that he's retiring. All his patients are going to Gago. I get a call from the office nurse stating I need to make an appointment with Gago to proceed, even though I am taking a month break from trying. I get a call from their office stating GAGO recommends me to OTHER IVF doctors in the area! RUN far from this poorly run office. read more

I wish I could give Dr. Gago and her staff 100 stars. I'm 6 months pregnant with a Gago baby! Dr. Gago, personally, is just lovely. Inside and out. IVF is quite an experience. It's physically, emotionally, and spiritually exhausting. You really need a partner who cares about you personally and who is sincerely committed. Dr. Gago and her staff treated me and my husband like family. They give hugs freely. They will save your behind if you accidentally run out of meds. They hold your hand through the process and give you hope when you need it most. Dr. Gago never wavered in her certainty that she would help us start a family... she trusted her skills because she is a miracle worker. She feels more like a friend than a doctor, and I would bet anything every single one of her patients feel the same way. I can't wait bring our daughter to her office one day so she can meet the incredible woman who brought her to life. PS Her WHOLE staff is incredible. My wife an I struggled for a few years, they listened to her needs and her individual case, we tried IUI a couple times with no luck. I actually hate that I have to give them a star in order to write a review, because I would give them zero stars if it were possible. My husband and I saw this Dr. Gago ONE TIME! The rest of our 3 months experience we just dealt with rude uneducated nurses, who never had any answers for you because they had to ask Gago and then get back to you. which they only do, 1/2 the time. They basically stole money from us, having order $500 worth of medication,it not working, then having us order another $500 worth. I called later that day a spoke to a nurse who told me that she was shocked the the nurse had us order more because my body wasn't responding and we should've waited until my next cycle. Then they started acting getting mean with me when I called them out on it. I was being yelled at. I demanded to see the Dr. and they said "Sure, her next availability is in 2 months". They grew tired of my questions and told me to go somewhere else. Best advice I ever got. I'm seeing Dr. Sham ma at American IVF in Bloomfield and it's amazing. Please stay away from this place. This is the most important thing in your life and they do not care. All of this is true and we are seeking a lawyer, not for a settlement but to save other women. read more

I am honestly surprised at these negative reviews because I have nothing but positive things to say about Gago Center for Fertility and the people that work there. My husband and I struggled for years to have a child and were originally with another doctor and practice. After 5 failed IUIs and a failed IVF, and some terrible advice/"bedside" manners from that doctor, we switched to Dr. Gago. In just our initial appointment, she was able to answer my questions...before I even asked them! She's kind, warm-hearted, and really listens and cares about each and everyone of her patients. I guess my only complaint is that if you have an afternoon appointment, sometimes you'll be waiting awhile. But I can't even be that mad because I know it's because she never rushes through an appointment and will answer every question and concern a patient has. I've been that patient so I know. She customizes every plan for each patient and worked with us when we wanted to take a break and when we wanted to try again. She always has availability. We had a successful IVF and now have a wonderful 2 year old daughter. While our second attempt at a FET ended in a miscarriage, she was right there with us offering comfort and support. We're on our third attempt and she changed up her plan this time, again, because she customizes the treatment plan so here's hoping. Also, her staff is wonderful. Yes, they do all the calling and they check everything with the doc, but is that so bad? Many of her staff have been there for years and years and I have gotten to know through their dedicated work. They are there for support and excitement for you and will always get you an answer, even if it's 6 at night. Seriously, I wouldn't have my wonderful family if it wasn't for Dr. Gago and her wonderful fertility clinic. 5 stars always! read more

This office is not professional and they do not care about their patients. Do yourself a favor and choose a different doctor. The staff is not prompt. No one there seems to care about you or your needs. They will not answer your questions or concerns. They will nickel and dime you for every little thing. Business card, literature, and website all list an incorrect location. Highly NOT recommended. I wish I could get back the money we wasted here! Try Michigan Comprehensive Fertility Center (MCFC) first. I wish we had. MCFC makes Gago's office look like it's run by idiots. read more

I don't agree with most of the negative comments written about Gago Center. My husband and I started with a different clinic from Ann Arbor. The male Dr. was rude and insisted I was too old to do anything but IVF. He wouldn't even try IUI nor would he let me finish a sentence. When I told Dr. Gago this she couldn't believe he acted like that. I was 38 and had been trying for 15 years to get pregnant. Dr. Gago started me with IUI like what I had asked for. The staff was all very friendly and worked with me and my husband for a year. Finally I got pregnant in the spring of 2017. Dr. Gago never told me I was too old for IUI and her staff was patient and kind. My beautiful healthy son Gabriel was born in October of 2017 and is now turning 2. My experience was wonderful. The reason I gave them four stars and not five is because I always had to leave a message on their answering machine when I called. I plan on going back for my next baby. read more

Dr. Gago is a miracle worker! I can't believe all the negative reviews but there are some people who find bad in everything. No fertility clinic is perfect but I will say that I went in to this with an open mind after to being to several clinics that treated me just like a number. We had tried for over 8 years and Dr. Gago has such amazing success rates with IVF we chose her. Their Brighton office is so calming and everyone there is so kind and warm. Not to mention that it doesn't even look like a clinic and more like a spa! The comfy robes are my favorite. We were treated as one of the family while we were there and currently planning to go back to have our third baby with Dr. Gago and team. I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews because I would be missing out on being a mom. My boyfriend and I had a long much anticipated 3 month wait for a very personal, sensitive consult w Dr. Gago. She was 40 minutes late to the appointment. Spent 8 minutes with us, basically pushed egg donation without even meeting us & repeating the same questions we had just reviewed with the nurse & all documents we submitted! Never once even asked our personal goals or wants in this process! Prescribed meds & sent to my pharmacy with no explanation. And refused to contact us after we expressed how heartbroken we were left after this lack of a consult. She sat on a zoom call with people rushing around in the background with no privacy or sensitivity to our consult. And she is refusing to refund our money when we are extremely disappointed & do not feel we were treated professionally at all! I would hope this gets to her finally & she does not treat other patients with this bed side manner when dealing with such sensitive subjects! read more

Wow. Terrible experience. I am a patient at an amazing fertility center in Denver Colorado. I was in town for the holidays, and required some offsite monitoring ordered by my Colorado doctor. The testing itself was all covered by insurance, but Gago insisted on a "$250 administration fee" just to send a fax of the results! I let them know I was unemployed and urgently needed the test or I would miss my treatment cycle this month. The manager had the typical Michigan snotty condescending attitude that this was "policy", and was completely unapologetic. This center seems far more interested in money than patient care. The place was empty when I went in, while all other places were booked solid Dec 26. I think that speaks volumes. read more

I read many of the negative reviews for Gago on yelp and other platforms in advance of my first appointment with Dr. Ayers. I myself work in a service industry where it is all too common that only those who have negative things to say tend to write reviews and for that reason I took their words into consideration but lightly. I had a professional first appointment with Dr. Ayers but it was what happened after that has brought me here. Without providing too many specifics, I have left Gago and gone to a different group for my fertility needs. I have found that Dr. Ayers specifically does not care about my needs. I was scheduled for an appointment he was required to be at and was not, he does not return phone calls and overall I have felt even more alone in this whole process than before I sought the care of a professional who very well knows the difficulties of infertility. A lot of these negative reviews complain about not seeing Dr. Gago for every appointment. I found that to be just fine. She sees you when it is necessary and then her caring and wonderful staff can handle the rest. When you are going in multiple times a week for monitoring appointments, it is much faster and easier to see the technicians (who are super knowledgeable!) and get your blood drawn. And every time I did see Dr. Gago, she knew exactly who I was, remembered me and my issues -- and not things written in a chart! She is a truly kind and caring person who wants everyone to be successful with their fertility issues. She is on top of various new treatments and is always thinking of the best way of tackling your issues -- everyone has a unique set and she definitely takes an approach that is unique to each individual. After starting with Dr. Gago, we learned I had many issues to over come but none of them deterred her. She is clearly up on her research and in touch with all the advancements in her field. I did a lot of research myself in looking for a fertility doctor and I am so happy I found her. I have a son and a daughter on the way because of her. Still to this day I can't believe I have them. I think back to trying to get pregnant the first time and in the back of my head I think I just felt it would never happen for me. But that's when Dr. Gago stepped in and made it possible. I would never ever recommend to any one to go to this office. Dr Gago is very nice but you do not work with Dr Gago, you work with her staff and they are terrible!!! Her Staff is so unprofessional, (except of 2 nurses but unfortunately they are not there all the time ) they do not care about you and they do not even try to hide it. They mad when you ask questions because they do not know the answers and apparently they are to lazy to ask someone who knows. They will give you wrong information just to get rid of you without even thinking that this is the most important thing for you. They cancel appointments without any apology and make you feel like they doing you a favor that they allow you to come to them. In addition to all of this this office is rated as number 11 from all fertility clinics in Michigan. with unprofessional staff and low rating I'm not going back there any more. It is a shame that this office treat women in such disrespectful way. read more
