They even moved my appointment from January to December so I could make the cuttoff. I ordered enough boxes of contacts to use up most of that money (I have astigmatism and mine are sooo expensive) and went on my merry way, expecting them to come in the mail. The last time I ordered contacts, it took 2-3 months to get them, so I waited until March to call, expecting they were again on backorder and they could give me a couple pairs to get by. Turns out they NEVER ordered my contacts. They took my card info on December 2nd, assured me the order would be completed in plenty of time before the money was gone, and I thought everything was done. They returned my call today, said there was no record of me having ordered anything, and the only explanation they could give is that they changed the ordering process in January. I asked them to back date a receipt for the day I had my appointment and they refused, saying it was fraud. So their incompetence cost me $1000 and I thought everyone should know not to go there.

Rather than abandon him, I called to reschedule my appointment... Instead of rescheduling, his office returned some of my money with business cards for other dentists in the area. The only response was telling the office staff that they were unprofessional. I guess they returned my top teeth to the lab even though I had paid for them. If me missing the appointment to care for my friend disrupted their business that much, I would have paid for the appointment! got my extractions and had my dentures installed. I have been told by everyone it's hard to get ivs in my hands and wrist my whole life. They were very nice, patient, and calming . Endoscopy was fast and painless. Very caring during recovery hour. Brought me a diet soda and walked me around to make sure I was okay holding my smock together. Very nice clean new building with beautiful photography in the halls.
