Opthalmologist is oblivious to NYS Business Law/Uniform Commercial Code. Her vast Masters degree kept repeating warranty. She told me in front of staff I was passive aggressive as though Masters was in Psychology. She was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, rude and lacked any knowledge of law. Consulted my Attorney, he said let it go the cost of council out weighs cost of glasses, $350. Whole experience DISGUSTING AS SHE IS
