So I'm new-ish to Las Vegas and came from LA. In my neighborhood in LA there were some nice spiritual/crystal shops, but after moving to Vegas I couldn't find a good one. Then I ran into Gaia Energy LV... 1. The shop is so neatly and cleanly organized. Everything is so nicely labeled. Super easy to find stuff. Just great Chi/vibe/energy all around. 2. The Owners of the shop, Mariela and Cristian, are absolute sweethearts. Mariela has the most incredible customer service: she is sweet, extremely knowledgeable about the products/crystal/herbs and their meaning/use and very passionate about what she does and so is Cristian, and they even make many of the products themselves so some things are completely unique to their store only... in fact, the owners are so amazing, I catch myself going there even when I don't need anything, just so I can talk to them, because they are such interesting spiritual people and so wonderful to chat with. 3. The prices are fantastic, and now they have a lot of Sales and clearance stuff, so you are getting a great deal! 4. Mariela is also an amazing energy worker and if you are interested in her services, ask her for more details.. she is very gifted and talented. I was visiting from California and stopped by this cute little shop while shopping for a dress. I was warmly greeted by a sweet young blonde employee who made me feel so welcome. Even though I was just browsing, she kindly showed me some of their dresses. I ended up purchasing two rings for $12, which was a very reasonable price. What made the experience truly special was that she offered a blessing for my jewelry. It was one of the most beautiful touches I've ever experienced while shopping at an energy shop. I passed by before and it was closed before the mall says they close, so i looked thought the window and i really likes what i saw. I came back months later and I was so excited to check it out but nothing really called my attention. I looked more than twice to see if I missed something but , idk ... maybe this wasn't my place . The girls at the register were not very attentive.... they told the person before me about all the yoga events . Made them sign up for emails or something and she, just told me my total.... We went here for the first time tonight and it was okay. Pros: The salesperson was phenomenal - warm, engaging, told us all about current promotional sales, and gave me a basket. I am very impressed! There is a variety of merchandise - pendants, necklaces, bracelets, rings, tumbled stones, stone shapes, incense, backflow burners, beaded hummingbirds, sage, salts, herbs, skirts, shirts, wall decor, altar supplies, and more! Cons: Almost all of the display stones ask you not to touch them without the help of an associate. I also was told that no pictures are allowed. It was an okay store, but I love to touch the stones to find the right one. If you're looking for cute jewelry - this is a good place. If you're looking for a stone you connect with spiritually - you may have better luck elsewhere read more

I happily found this lovely shop right outside Dillards in the Galleria at Sunset Mall. Immediately welcomed by a beautiful associate who was extremely helpful, asking questions in order to assess how best to be of service. Responding with an issue currently pressing my spirit, I was pointed towards items that would aid in my healing journey. My purchases were lovingly cleansed in a singing bowl before being handed over for home. I've now visited the store twice and am impressed with their inventory, their knowledge, and service, coming away with items that bring me clarity, peace and energy. I went in there to just browse and the worker just hovered and practically just stood and watched as I looked at stuff. Made me want to not buy anything and leave which is what I did. The younger man who works here is pretty rude I didn't read reviews until now, and I've only been here a few times before I'm not sure why he's hired with such negativity . He doesn't give the oura of a man who is likable, friendly, outgoing, and helpful. He's entitled aggressive and pushy. Yikes. My teen daughters love gems, stones, oils....all of it. I suggested going in this store and they both said the guy who runs the store gives off creepy vibes. Man, I should had listened to them. While browsing, he hovered over my kids while they looked at the pendants. We've had the chat that sometimes store owners sadly profile teens, so this was not unexpected. What was is he insisted they each hold a basket while looking at the merchandise. I was with them! We were quick to leave. I handed him the baskets and thanked him. He huffed and rolled his eyes a bit. My daughter google searched another place that sells similar products and we found a delightful store on Water St in Henderson that gladly allowed us to browse without anyone hovering or insisting having baskets in hand. We bought some incense and an essential oil and they did not include the essential oil in the bag and when we went back in to get it, the manager accused us of trying to get an essential oil for free and was extremely rude and unprofessional. This place has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! They are RUDE and very offensive. I tried to call to voice my concerns about how my artist was treated in their store and they only text and barely! I ask for an owner and without asking what my complaint was or why I was calling they text me " you can just shop somewhere else lady!" There are a lot of crystal/rock shops in Vegas but none like this! The two staff members (Sahara & gentleman with red lips and dark hair) were very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. They showed me around the store and explained some of the items in more detail to me. It was hard to pick just a few because there were so many treasures to choose from. After I did make my final selections, Sahara cleansed the stones I was purchasing at the register. I will definitely be back. Thank you again Sahara for your kindness! read more

Im a teenage girl looking to get into the whole as a summary ( not looking to upset anyone ) but hippie vibe and immediately upon walking into the store with my boyfriend I was stopped and asked what I was there for, after telling the male associate ( who I'm assuming everyone else's complaints are about ) the same thing, he explained they had everything I was looking for, I thanked him and began to browse, not even 2 minutes later he approached me again and practically shoved a basket in my hand "for all of my items" I again politely thanked him and continued to browse, I then heard in the background "She's stealing" when all I ever touched were the pants ( very large and unstealable ) at the back of the store to show my boyfriend how I thought they were cute, after hearing that I turned around, walked up to the male employee, politely said "Here you go" offering him the basket, when he turned to me he rolled his eyes and scoffed and took the basket from me. I will never be going to that place again. It completely ruined my day as I was there at around 1pm and I'm writing this review at 9pm because I still cannot believe the amount of disrespect that was given and I didn't even do anything wrong. Please fix this because whatever "vibes" this store is trying to give off is DEFINITELY not what I felt in there. *Edit* Im not sure if I'm the one who the "She's stealing" comment was directed at but it felt like it because I was the only one who was being pestered by that male associate. read more

I never write reviews, but I had to come on here and leave one. I just went into this store looking for rings, but mainly just browsing. Not looking for anything in particular. And the young guy working here asked me 4 separate times what I was looking for, and who I was shopping for, within 5 minutes of me walking in the door. I repeatedly told him I was just browsing and wanted to look around but it seemed like he was following me like I was going to steal? Mind you I was wearing my scrubs from work, so he was barking up the wrong tree. Told me some stuff was "on promotion" when it was literally just the ticket price. He then approached me AGAIN to offer me a basket and when I said I didn't want one because I was just looking, he told me I wouldn't get any of the "deals/promos" in store if I didn't take a basket. Which 1. Seems like a lie/scheme. And 2. If it is true, this place needs better business models. I was approached so many times I'm the literal 8 minutes I was in this store, that it made me leave. And when I left all I could hear was the female employee say "daaannnggg, she's leaving" loudly. This place needs better employees, and better management if this is how you're trying to run your business. read more

As I was shopping next to her she grabbed a basket and said to make sure ALL of the items went into the basket .. im assuming because I was not white she assumed i was stealing. It's 12:38pm on Friday 10/7/22. There's one employee working in the front. I went in and asked about the prices on some rings I've been looking at for months. I was told, "They're all different prices." And that was it so I continued walking around the store looking at some other things. My four year old loves the lights/mirrors/music in the new section of the store so we put our stuff down to let her dance. The employee then turned the music off and asked us, "What did you need today?" So I told him again that we were just browsing for right now. He helped another customer then came and stood next to us and asked again what we needed to find. I told him, again, we are just browsing. Then he walked behind the counter and asked AGAIN what we were looking for. I told him, "We are just browsing. If you want us to leave, that's okay, you can just say that. I don't mind." To which he then went on a rant in front of everyone else in the store about how he's just doing his job and how this store is all about vibes and how if we don't like it then he can call security to help us leave. (Even though I already offered to leave?) I asked why he would call security on us when I've told him multiple times we are just looking, and that I already offered to leave if we were bothering him, and he is the one that was just helping me with rings, and I told him my daughter just wanted to dance in the mirror for a moment. To which he just went on another rant about my "vibes" and how there's a million other crystal shops that we can shop in and that he was going to call security on us. And I still don't even know what for? Because my four year old was dancing to the music he purposefully turned off to be petty? Because I didn't immediately buy the thing that I was thinking about getting? It just sucks because every other person I've come into contact with in this store has been so welcoming and friendly and kind, and I have always enjoyed shopping there. I hope this one employee isn't ruining the reputation of the store for the owners, because they definitely don't deserve that. Edit: I should have looked at the other reviews before writing mine, because according to those he's done this to other customers as well. And I just saw that they're holding kid yoga classes now, which is horrifying considering how livid he became at my four year old's presence in the store. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would, customer service was the worst I've ever seen. I was disappointed to say the least because I am a regular customer & after today they lost a valuable customer. Never again will I be going back to that store. The first thing I saw as I walked into the store was a young lady behind the cash register who was on her phone, that is not something you want to see as someone who is first entering the store, I immediately I expected to be welcomed & was disappointed when I was greeted with such a bad attitude. As I was shopping I did notice the cashier was on her phone most of the time. I had a couple of questions about a sale going on with the rings & when I walked up to ask her about it, she had an earbud in her ear & did not hear what I was asking, I had to then raise my voice & repeat the question again. A couple of times she did get a few calls on her radio from what I was assuming was a manager, she responded with a nasty attitude & rolled her eyes a few times. It did not seem like she took her job serious at all whatsoever, she seemed bored & was very rude. The whole experience was very bad. Please hire new people who want to be there & can do their jobs properly. Very disappointed. read more
