Instead, the managers and staff came across as rude, unwelcoming, and lacking any sense of customer service. We left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. I admire how they place bookmarks inside the books of purchase. The bookmarks double as their business cards, such a smart way to consolidate promotion & usefulness. I adore that unique feature.
