Lori Stancill at Keller Williams is awe full. She is only motivated by $. She has been very ugly to…read moremy friend. My friend's house is owned by her and her ex. Lori authorizes repairs without even speaking with my friend. She says that Jeff (the ex) can authorize everything since he is on the deed too but my friend has to pay 50%. When my friend asked Lori about this, she was told to "trust the expert" and to "move on"...she is spending my friends $. My friend was also told that "she should than get for being such a good realitVery unethical. Please don't choose Lori. I thought that I updated this, but apparently not. After the sale of the house, I personally was told that Lori gave the buyer's realitor that the house "had to be sold due to the terms of the seller's divorce. That information was passed to the potential buyers. This is per a family members the buyer. Well, her brother to be exact. This information was concerned private and, per the contract, should not have been given....insider information. Please don't choose Lori.
