Definitely worth taking the time to do. I met Mr. Jesse at a restaurant locally in Greenville. Not far from where I'm employed at East Carolina University. "Arrrgh" His character. Ben explained and recommended to me that I really did not need a map/diagram written up, as my request to have a survey done was to only determine ownership of the trees and my possibly putting up a fence in the future. This recommendation saved me hundreds of dollars. He was even kind enough when I asked him, to recommend some contractors for the fixer-upper I recently purchased.
