I'd done my reviews on the firm and it mostly had a 4.5 rating with a handful of 1 star reviews. I chose to ignore the 1 star reviews and sought representation with the aforementioned form. Fast forward 15 months, I'd called the firm 5 separate times. Spoke to an "Assistant" once and a female attorney whom was absolutely condescending level rude, acted as if I were "Bothering" her by asking questions relevant to my case. The nail in the coffin came within the last 6 months where I'd requested a call back from my actual attorney. The assistants supposedly messaged the attorney to contact me, to which they never did subsequently. The final straw was when I was BOOKED an official phone call on the books with Mr Milam at a specific time and day. That time came and left with zero call back, zero text/email/smoke signal/carrier pigeon message letting me know he would not be able to take the meeting for whatever reason. After going back on Yelp looking specifically at the 1 star reviews only, the interesting thing is, they are virtually the exact same complaints. Zero variations! Their office is a joke. Their inter-office communication is a joke. Run, do not even contemplate utilizing this law office! They absolutely are horrid to deal with!
