In the past, LICC renovated our kitchen and built us a deck so when we bought our new house, there was no question what company we were going to use. This was a major project. They gutted the house, built an extension and remodeled both the downstairs and upstairs of our home. They installed a new hvac system, all new floors, light fixtures, windows and cabinets, They took down walls, built a new banister for the staircase, refaced my fireplace and built a new front door.. John helped us design the home of our dreams. He is the most amazing contractor. He handled everything. He dealt with the town for our permits, took care of electric, plumbing, hvac, installation etc. John doesn't cut corners. He was hands on from the beginning until our house was complete. He showed up and made sure everything was completed in the time frame he said it would be completed. We trust him completely. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was on point. John's crew was respectful, skilled and attentive. They answered any questions as they came up.. His office staff helped me pick out fixtures and colors and were always available to discuss my ideas for decorating my house. We are beyond happy in our home. LICC did an amazing job. Throughout, John was communicative and transparent, and his contractors were of the highest quality. And importantly for us, John understood our open concept vision from day one -- it was like he could read our minds. Among other things: * John helped us discover what was possible to do with the house. After tearing down the walls, he worked with an architect to figure out whether it was possible to vault the ceilings and how. * John pushed back on our ideas when they would have been too expensive for our budget, or overall not worth the money. He worked with us to find different, but equally gorgeous, ways to solve the same problem. * John ran a tight ship, and made clear when we had to pick out doors, materials, etc. This helped the project run on schedule (though of course there were inevitable delays with supplies due to Covid). * When some items were damaged in transit, John worked with suppliers to get replacements ASAP. * When we needed additional work done (e.g. to plan the backyard), John recommended other contractors, all of which have been professional and of high quality. * There was never any doubt how much anything would cost or when we'd be charged. When unexpected issues came up, John was clear and transparent about what our options were and worked with us to decide how to proceed. With that said i met Carlos Castro after another masonry company backed out of the work at my house .I reached out to a friend for a referral and he gave me Carlos's cell phone number and website Once i saw the website i thought no way is this company coming to my house to install an 800 sq feet patio and walkway. His work on his website is very telling about Carlos and his company. His worked is based in the Hamptons mostly. Need i say more. I decided to reach out to Carlos and he showed up at my house on time and dressed in a professional manner. I told him of my thoughts on my walkway and patio and he spoke with me in detail about the work and made me feel very comfortable. I asked Carlos about some ideas I had and we went thru each one. He measured and took his time like this was big job. I was impressed right then. I received a very reasonable quote a few days later in a PDF format in my email. Once i looked t the price i knew i would be using Castro Stoneworks. His prices were on par with the big companies. Carlos told me when he could start the job and its completion. In the mean time he sent me to all County Block to check out the stone color i wanted because Carlos told me its better to see the stone in person .He was right big difference. I settled on Toffee Onyx Lite. The day came for the work and Carlos and his crew were at the house at 7:30 AM. I was greeted by all the workers with a "Good Morning". That was just the start. Carlos walked with me thru the project. He stayed and answered all my questions. One of the best parts of the job was his brother Roy who was the foreman of the crew. He answered my questions s he worked. Roy and his crew installed pop up drains on my walkway that are connected to my gutters so rain would not interfere with the brick. The crew also installed a pipe under my walkway to a small island in front of the house. This is to be used for future lighting or Irrigation. What a great idea. Carlos did all this without extra charge. Carlos was at my house for the five mornings the crew worked on the house. The crew worked from 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM for all the days they were at my house. Carlos ordered the brick and the border from All County Block and it was there on time the first day. when the crew was ready for the concrete again it was there on time with no delays. I cant tell you how important that is to me to have work constantly being done and supplies being on time. The job was completed in the five days he said it would be. I could not be happier with the work, the crew and Carlos himself. If you are doing any type of masonry you have to give Castro Stoneworks a call. Carlos and his crew are very experienced in all phases of brick work. Carlos is a very humble person and easy to speak with. He has multiple crews working different jobs so your work will get done sooner than later. His crew and his brother Roy were extremely pleasant to speak with and did a wonderful job for me. I could not ask for anything more.The compliments i have received on the patio and walkway are so positive. One happy customer. Larry and his team work are efficient, nice work detail, use good material, providing great construction suggestions for residential house, they can also handle a commercial property with 10 tenants and replacing the old leaking roof and install new siding with LED light, turning the old mall into a modern place, they can also do interior renovation as well. Additionally, portions of my roof are flat and there were a couple of unexpected issues due to shortcuts taken by previous roofers. Larry, the owner of AllWays, does not take shortcuts and ensures that the work is done properly. He had his crew strip all of the old, shoddy materials from these sections of roof and rebuild them to provide better drainage. In addition to the roof, Larry saved my old shed by replacing all of the rotted wood, added a new roof and doors, and installed siding, making the shed look brand new. Larry is very accommodating and a true professional. I highly recommend AllWays Construction for all roofing and construction needs.

I had an excellent experience with Todd Rutt Construction. They came in the morning and were done…read moreby the afternoon. They covered up the outside of the house with tarps and even covered my barbecue with a piece of plywood to protect it. The workers were very courteous and respectful. I threw them a few curve balls while they were there. After they were more than half way through the job I asked if they could do the gutters also along with putting a piece of flashing that was left off for years due to the power lines being in the way. I got aprice and agreed to have it done, and they got everything done by that afternoon.The pricing was very good,the roof came out beautifully. The yard was left cleaner than when they got there. It was a very pleasant experience with no surprise extra charges. Todd was back and forth at the job site the whole time. So satisfied with the job and the experience,I would recommend them to anyone needing any of their services. It's so nice to have a job done without the anxiety that usually comes with it.
