I was there someone who we thought might be suffering from appendicitis. He kept us in the room for two or three hours while he verified all the test that indeed it was that rather than some of the other problems that can manifest with the same symptoms he prescribed treatment with antibiotics and she is doing very well. I don't just recommend the facility. I recommend this as a very unusual old-school. Very careful very up-to-date on the literature healer that can be a person for anyone in need.

Ramp to the sidewalk leads to steps in both directions. I'm in a wheelchair . Office Staff said yea, no one ever knows how to get in and they don't know why they don't have signs. My daughter used the stairs and found out I needed to go in the street and enter through a side entrance where they have a single wheelchair lift inside. Then we find out although their Website says they accept my insurance, they don't. The receptionist says everyone tells them that they accept this insurance but they do not. Said no one can ever show her where it says that they do, like somehow we all imagine it. Within 30 seconds showed her and yes, says it right there. Not like it would change anything but now maybe they can change it. Still, my insurance no longer accepts my previous doctor and my new doctor can't see me for 3 months. I have multiple sclerosis and need medication and new handicap placard. $220 for a visit plus any tests they need, but I have no choice, I have to see someone. I paid the fee. While waiting to be called back, they let me know they can't fill out a form for placard. Initially it was because they didn't have a form. Then it was because although they have the placard required MD ( as opposed to DO, NP, etc) they are not authorized to fill out the form. By then I gave up. It shouldn't be this hard. When we were leaving, the receptionist pointed at the lift I should use so I didn't have to go in the street around the bank to use the outdoor ramp. Never used one like this before . The ramp was steep and I was nervous about tipping back but my daughter helped me use it. Not any offer of any assistance. This place was empty. A walk in clinic with no one in or out the 30 minutes we were there. I think I know why lol. The receptionist was polite. Just unhelpful. As she was aware of all of these issues, one would think someone would do something to resolve them.

I am going to choose another care and treatment facility due to these agents, and their rude behaviors and manners. The way they treat patients is first class to what I can receive in the ghetto. It's sad to report this, but I have been in the ghetto before, I know this type of trait/character and behaviors, and the way individuals speak down to others, and how they treat people as if they are not worthy to be in their presence. This is the very same way the very questionable professional medical personnel treat me. I believe this is how their names are spelled, could be wrong though. These two ladies are so very rude as well. Then the schedulers who are always NOT getting you scheduled for the procedure the doctor ordered, has to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I made the mistake of asking for the lady who worked there before her, Jenia, or something like that. Oh my, did this hit a nerve. Jajenia was nice, pleasant, had a very bubbly personality, always so kind, very much unlike the lady who schedules procedures now. It's terribly distressing that the patients must leave a treatment facility due to the rude, disrespectful, hateful behavior the medical staff has toward the patients at SpringHill Pain Management center in Gainesville, FL. There has to be well qualified medical personelle who is available to serve the public and treat patients with respect and in a kind and professional manner. Dr Haines always adjusts me , & I always feel so much better after going in. Great price. He used a clicker & does adjusting manually... I like both. One of the things I love about this practice is the ability to book online, even as a new patient. That's always a plus these days and for someone like me who likes to do the paperwork ahead of time, that is offered as well so even before getting to my appt I was impressed. When I checked in, they explained my pricing with insurance and what it would be additionally if I were to get X-rays which I appreciated not being blindsided. Dr. Weigle herself came and got me and we quickly went back to the exam room. She took a detailed H&P, did some X-rays, went over them with me, then we got to treatment. I've been to A LOT of chiropractors over the years but I've never met one as nice, thorough, and not trying to get me to do or buy a bunch of things. My PCP referred me to Dr. Amy Nance at the NFRMC cancer center. I had no ideal of a treatment plan for breast cancer nor did I know what to except or what I was supposed to do.....but Dr Amy Nance did!!! My first appointment with Dr Nance was very informative and I was very much impressed by her extensive knowledge, which put my physical and emotional state at ease. I had so many questions about my diagnosis and what was going to happen next and she answered all of them; there was no time limit as long as I had questions she was going to stay in the room with me and answer all of them, she wanted me to feel comfortable with the treatment plan, which I was!! Dr. Nance became my PCP for my cancer diagnosis and treatment , she did all the referrals to the other specialists that were going to be a part of my cancer treatment team and those referrals were to the best specialist. Dr Nance is wonderful, she listened and understood my concerns and had solutions for them, which I greatly appreciated. Let me reassure anyone who is going through a diagnosis of cancer, if you want the best oncologist to treat you, I will always recommend Dr. Amy Nance. This place is one of the better chiropractic clinics I have used during this whole time! Such personal service! Even though they were swamped with patients today, Dr. Richeson took his time to figure out what type of treatment to give me, and how to push my body back into good shape. He even put me on the electric muscle relaxer too! I walked in like the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and walked out like the Eiffel Tower!!! Highly recommend this place!!

They knew my back was severely injured and I was out of a job. It was there mistake because they said my insurance would cover the appointments. Additionally, I kept going hoping I would see results, but I saw no improvement in my condition. The chiropractors spend very little time with you and the front desk lady is rude. I didn't get the sense anybody there genuinely cares. They strike me as in it soley for the money. Bad business practice. I will never return and won't recommend this practice to anybody.
