The several visits I've had there overall they were quite pleasant from the minute I came in until I left. When you're in pain you feel like the whole world is your enemy and you want someone to understand and treat you with kindness & care and to my surprise I was greeted kindly upon arrival, treated with care for my pain issues, and upon leaving I was greeted warmly. I've have great experiences with Robin, Brandy, Kendall, Nurses Kelly & Jessica, and Dr. Calderin who has left, and even greater experiences with Dr. Valentine. Dr Valentine is absolutely a great doctor with an even greater bedside manner. He actually listens to you and will take good care of you.

When I arrived I had to use the bathroom. When I had used the bathroom, I noticed there was no soap available. I went up to the front desk and informed the woman up there that there was no soap. She asked someone and then said that they did not have any. I asked for hand sanitizer, and she said she did not have any. I pointed to the one behind her and she told me it was for the doctors and she's not allowed to touch it. I was pretty grossed out. Five or six people used the bathroom while I was in the waiting room. Plus that's probably a health code violation of some type.

This is the very same way the very questionable professional medical personnel treat me. From the lady who takes my vitals before seeing the doctor's assistant all the way to seeing the physician's assistant. There are two of them, Charmagne and Jag. I believe this is how their names are spelled, could be wrong though. These two ladies are so very rude as well. Then the schedulers who are always NOT getting you scheduled for the procedure the doctor ordered, has to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I made the mistake of asking for the lady who worked there before her, Jenia, or something like that. Oh my, did this hit a nerve. Jajenia was nice, pleasant, had a very bubbly personality, always so kind, very much unlike the lady who schedules procedures now. It's terribly distressing that the patients must leave a treatment facility due to the rude, disrespectful, hateful behavior the medical staff has toward the patients at SpringHill Pain Management center in Gainesville, FL. There has to be well qualified medical personelle who is available to serve the public and treat patients with respect and in a kind and professional manner. Dr Haines always adjusts me , & I always feel so much better after going in. Great price. He used a clicker & does adjusting manually... I like both. I would suggest to anyone with back or neck problems. They have beds that massage u, & the massage is wonderful. I wish I could purchase one for my home to use every day. On top of that, they both really care about you & getting you better. My insurance covers most of it, so it's wonderfully affordable. I'm going in today & am excited, seeing as my first adjustment in years, on Monday-2 days ago-, really helped. I think my hip already popped back in place partly. One of the things I love about this practice is the ability to book online, even as a new patient. That's always a plus these days and for someone like me who likes to do the paperwork ahead of time, that is offered as well so even before getting to my appt I was impressed. When I checked in, they explained my pricing with insurance and what it would be additionally if I were to get X-rays which I appreciated not being blindsided. Dr. Weigle herself came and got me and we quickly went back to the exam room. She took a detailed H&P, did some X-rays, went over them with me, then we got to treatment. I've been to A LOT of chiropractors over the years but I've never met one as nice, thorough, and not trying to get me to do or buy a bunch of things. Needless to say I'm so very glad I decided to go with this practice and I look forward to them help me straighten myself out and relieve some pain. Highly recommend!

My mom and dad were there and stayed in the hospital room for two weeks. Nurses and doctors taking care of them were very helpful, patient, supportive, and welcoming. Only complaint was the food. The chicken was uneatable, not even my dad would eat (He eats anything hahaha). But yes, the food was decent, just not the chicken. The staff did their best to accommodate to my mom and dad's food selections. Overall, my mom and dad were very pleased with the care provided by their team of doctors and nurses. Thank you for taking care of my parents!

Some staff have been brilliant and kind but they could not make up for all the ghastly experiences I have seen at first hand or suffered myself. When I tried to talk about my concerns I was stonewalled. I understand medicine is difficult and stressful but this hospital adds insult to injury. Literally. O stars if I could.
