I tried to explain I need to see her so I can pay it. Then! I almost died due to an infection and was hospitalized for weeks. I was maybe an hour away from dying. I was septic. And my stomach was involved my appendix burst and my gall bladder was messed up and I needed advice on surgery or not. Again I was hospitalized and out of it and recovering for months still with extreme pain and stomach issues following my hospitalization. I was not getting the disability income so I could pay her but I was trying to just get healthy again with someone I had seen for years and years and I always paid my bills previously. They mailed to the wrong address and I was in no shape to be able to figure out what they wanted. Finally they told me via text I was no longer a client without any warning. Do not go here. Tabitha is extremely rude the office worker. They don't care about your health at all just your money. She said oh it's "only 200 dollars" rudely when that meant if I eat or not that week. They don't care about you there. Unless you're rich. And pay ahead of time. If it's "only 200 dollars" why not try and help me when I'm literally fighting for my life instead of demand that money first?? What about first do no harm? Their denial of service after so many years of being a patient is absolutely ridiculous when I was close to death. I miss their old office workers they were so much better at communication and following up than Tabitha. Someone as rude as her should not work around patients who are sick and need empathy.
