On the front side, they did a face massage with serum, along with head, neck, and shoulder massage, and then arms and legs again. Our session was exactly 60 minutes--no more, no less. Everything felt professional the entire time. Neither my husband nor I felt uncomfortable at any point. After the massage, they left the room to give us time to get dressed, which we appreciated.
