I sought hypnotherapy treatment from Jesse Sharpe (Happy Heart Hypnotherapy) due to a driving anxiety I developed over that past several years. I had several sessions from Jesse, and my anxiety issues significantly improved. I am able to drive on freeways much better than I was prior to seeing Jesse. I cannot tell you why it works, I can only tell you my condition is much better because of these hypnotherapy treatments. I was hesitant...i was scared as this was the unknown to me and honestly a lot of money. I didnt know what to expect and Jessie took time and explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I started my session with her and after 4 session and after 25 years of smoking cigarettes i stopped! It was such a great release and accomplishment that i never thought would be possilbe. I was interested in the benefits of hypnotherapy so decided to go to Jessie to try it out. I bought the package of four sessions @ $80 each. The first two sessions were pleasant and was looking forward to the benefits. Unfortunately, This hypnotherapist is not all flexible or understanding with time and rescheduling. I had a feeling about it at my first appointment but decided to brush it off. She texted me a couple of hours before the first appointment and mentioned that there was a chance that she would be late, so when I got there I decided to stay in my car a bit longer Incase she was indeed late, I had no problem with that. The strange thing was that the first thing she said to me when I walked in was "oh hi, I've been waiting a long time." Which was really weird cause I came in only 5mins after the scheduled time. When the third session came around I texted her at 6:30am to let her know that I wouldn't be able to make it in to my 1pm appointment since I had just been hired full time at my job. This should have not been a problem since she mentioned that as long as she was notified 4 hours in advance she would work with it. After my rescheduling request, she suggested another day but at 5:45 which was unreasonable as she knew I am off from work at 5:30 and I work 20mins away. Passive aggressive much? Anyhow, we settled for 6pm on another day, my bad that the rescheduled day I left work a few mins late so texted as soon as I got in my car that I was on my way but would be a few minutes late. She said that if it was more then ten minutes we would have to reschedule to another day - which I totally get. The thing that I didn't like was the vibe she gave, which is that she basically gets butt hurt if you cancel or reschedule, I don't know why. I attempted to continue the conversation to reschedule but she wouldn't respond. Finally she texted back a few hours later and said it was my fault since I had initially agreed to come in at 5:45 which was absolutely absurd because that never happened. She also blamed me for having to reschedule for something that evening which she had at 7pm for my 6pm appointment, but I had no idea she had something going on so why would you blame it on me and why would she schedule an appointment time which is inconvenient for her? One reasonable tactic would have been to inform me at the time of scheduling the 6pm appt and let me know that it will interfere with another event. The things she was saying in text were both condescending and completely lacked any sense of understanding/compassion. I wanted to ask for my money back but knew that before the first appointment I had signed a contract which stated that we're no refunds available. So I didn't even ask, and the funny thing is the she didn't even offer! If someone is complaining about the service or experience it is common to offer a refund or some type of special offer. Instead she was behaving like a passive aggressive pre-teen which was incredibly distasteful. I let her know that I would not return even though I had paid for four sessions. And though she was open to continuing the sessions I was uncomfortable with her poor communication skills. Bottom line, she has potential in her work but is still incredibly immature in her business sense. Hope this helps! read more

I have seen Jessie for a few programs that were to address different aspects of my life I wanted to eliminate or improve upon. I can honestly say that she is one of the most thoughtful and compassionate people in this profession. I have experienced success with the things I wanted to work on, and the changes keep happening slowly over time even after sessions concluded. Besides my main goals, I have received a great deal of extra patience with my kids, become more tolerant of others, established firm personal boundaries and am generally more at ease.
