He provided me with a lot of info, including that they don't take returns. But, he indicated that he has tried to help out customers if they're not satisfied - even giving me an example of such. For all of his help, I felt I'd reciprocate by buying a mattress from them and found one that felt right. The first night we slept on it, it was terrible! Once a protector and the sheets were on, it was much firmer than in the store. I called and left a message. No call back. A few days later, still unhappy with the purchase, I called again and left a message with an employee. I specifically stated that I knew they didn't accept returns, but I wanted to know if I had any options at all. It's been a week and still no reply. Unfortunate since I could've made my purchase at Garfield Mattresses with a 30-day exchange policy. Now, we are stuck with something too firm for us and will have to invest more money to fix it.

He genuinely wanted to help me find the mattress that was best for me. Also they had a very nice selection that was organized in a way that you could tell one type of mattress from another. After shopping at the majority of mattress and furniture stores in Stillwater i choose to purchase from Mattress firm and i would do it again. The manager told us about how great it would be to call and have the sofa refreshed after some months of use "it adds value to the purchase etc". We were like, great... paid for the add on. We recently called to set up an appointment for a cleaning and found out that is only for a spot clean... not the whole sofa at all. That was not what was sold to us in detail- such bull crap. Ugh.
