Un ladro si è arrampicato per 3,6 metri, è entrato dal nostro balcone e ha rubato lo zaino di mio marito con il suo portafoglio e tutti i nostri soldi per il viaggio. La parte peggiore? La risposta dell'hotel:     *    Nessuna chiamata alla polizia o aiuto per sporgere denuncia     *    Nessuna assistenza dopo che i nostri contanti/carte sono spariti     *    Nessun follow-up sulla sicurezza degli ospiti o sugli oggetti rubati     *    Ci hanno detto di utilizzare la nostra assicurazione Inoltre, NON siamo stati rassicurati sulla sicurezza dei futuri ospiti. Quattro settimane dopo, ancora nessun contatto. Dopo oltre 15 anni di fedeltà come soci Hyatt, siamo sconvolti. Se dovesse succedere qualcosa in un Hyatt, potreste ritrovarvi completamente soli. The next day we came by and they were not booked so we had to pick a new day as the museum was sold out. 2. We asked the hotel to book us a taxi to the airport when we checked out. We waited in the lobby and were told our car was here. We were the only people waiting in the lobby. The taxi driver stopped at a random location and said here it is....it was not the airport! We told him we were supposed to go to the airport and so he called the hotel and apparently there was a mix-up! Who lost in this?? We did! Lost time and we had to pay for the extra taxi fare.

The bouncer allowed our table to smoke inside the club which was cool I suppose unless you are allergic to smoke. I went to the washroom together with my friend, and she literally got PULLED out of the stall WHILE I was on the toilet because I guess they thought we were doing cocaine in there together. The floor is extremely sticky, I assume because drinks are spilled on the ground. This would make sense considering the place is filled to the brim with teetering drunk youths. While dancing, your feet will stick to the ground. My boots were very dirty by the end of the night. The dance floor is a good size and the lighting is nice, but that sticky floor puts a damper on things. While we were dancing every guy there was trying to grab at us and I turned around to some dude just dancing and holding a handful of my hair. Talk about creepy. At one point, a girl for some reason pushed my friend into a wall and she hurt her wrist. This is probably ubiquitous behavior at clubs, but I don't really know. It shocked me for sure. The music was a solid 3/10. Again, the worst and most astonishing part of this whole night was my phone. A bouncer was watching my coat, and my phone was still stolen out of it. The Garden is stunning, with sculptured boxwoods, roses blooming, water features and those ubiquitous ceder trees. The room was gorgeous, comfortable, quiet. I loved the Eicher 3-dimensional tile in the entry way. The La Duchessa Restaurant was memorable with several Tuscan menu options. All freshly prepared, beautiful to look at and very tasty. Service exceptional. Very good Tuscan wine selections by the glass and bottle. Impressive breakfast buffet included in the room price. Fresh fruits, pastries, meats, cheeses, breads, hot coffee, tea, juices all on a buffet for you to enjoy. Everyone working here spoke very good English and did everything they could to be helpful, kind and answer questions. An on-call Shuttle service runs to a couple of plazas where you have access to the historic center of Florence. A most enjoyable stay.
