We had some early success solving riddles and getting some keys which was great as it kept us motivated but it got progressively harder and we really had to think and work together and we continued to figure things out! If we wanted a tip we could ask for one (and did) but we were motivated to keep figuring it out on our own. There was some sophistication to things (no spoiler alert here!) which was intriguing and fun as well. We will go back and have no hesitation recommending Underground Escape!

This park is beautiful, with extensive trails, a large water feature in the middle, and clean modern public washrooms. There are also multiple playground areas that looked fairly new, and had many kids enjoying playing on them. The park is located in the west end of the city and was very easy to find with Google directions. The reviews of the disc golf course here were really good online, but we were pretty disappointed with the set up. The city provides maps online (which is better than most other cities), but once we were on the ground, we found the maps weren't to scale. The signs for the start of the hole were very far from the tees, up to 30-40 feet in some cases. Each hole has three start tees, marked with colored plastic discs in the grass. Some of these discs were missing and were so far from the hole markers that we spent forever wandering around trying to find them. Without cement pads we were really just guessing. The holes are very long, which is great if you're working on your throwing game, but because we could never find the tee, we often had to find the basket and work backwards. Also, and this is a small quibble, the baskets were painted green, which made spotting them in the grass and trees more difficult (perhaps this was intentional to minimize visual disruptions from other places in the park). The first 10 holes are lined up pretty good, but then for some reason it's a 10 minute hike to hole 11, across the park, and at this point we gave up and stopped playing. It would have been nicer if the tees were planned closer to the ends of the previous holes. Overall if I lived in Lethbridge I would 100% use this park for other recreation, but without a local to help us walk through the tee locations, it was frustrating and tiring to try and play through.

I have a routine that i would go in and do mindlessly everyday without paying attention for 7 months straight then i realized everything was switched around again and again and now my calves are MASSIVE but i got spaghetti legs and a girly voice. I have huge trapezius but teeny tiny delts and my clavicle and sternum keep snapping under the enormous weight my traps causing. Im all trap and calf for f sakes guys. Its a mess!! I don't get how this could be possible. PLEASE STOP MOVING MACHINES AROUND!!!! PS pls enforce the 30 mins per machine rule i seen a female version of John Goodman in there bogarting the legpress and the benchpress at the same time with her stuff on both for 2.5 hrs why is she benching anything anyways she needs to hit the elliptical for a 6 months straight. The lady my wife was with had major anxiety and felt very unsafe. Due to the fact that so many women have had bad encounters in their lives it is understandable how terrible this would feel. Of course when my wife went to management she was treated like garbage when it was brought up. The manager then asked this person what happened and in front of my wife and the other lady he lied and said that THEY had asked to see his junk. Nobody cares. They all think it's ok. Nobody gives a damn. A group of people that make up 1/2% of the population can dictate everything. How many of you husbands would be ok with someone walking up to your wife in a change room that has no cameras in it and asking her if she wanted to see his junk? This is ok? Then you go to management in the hope that you will be heard and you are treated like a card carrying member of the KKK. They were insanely rude and tried to make my wife feel like she was a bad person for feeling her own feelings. So I want to warn the ladies at the Y. You are not safe there. This will continue to happen and the management there encourages it. Be careful. Watch each others backs.

I have been a member of Orange Theory for over six months now and I absolutely LOVE it! I have…read moretried several gyms and 'boot camps' in town and hadn't found anything that kept me motivated for more than a few months. Then a friend brought me in for a free trial workout and though I left feeling exhausted, and really sweaty, I was hooked. Each and every time you walk through the door you know you will be completing a different, yet challenging, workout. The coaches are there to encourage and push you, but they can also help modify the workouts to accommodate people of all fitness levels. That is one of my favorite things about OTF-there are people there of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels, it is really a friendly, non-intimidating way of staying healthy and having fun! I always leave with a sweaty smile on my face, happy that I chose to make this change towards a healthier lifestyle.

The class was popular and the 2 classes I took were packed houses. The instructor was the se both days and he was energetic and knowledgeable in a good flow. He wasn't the most informative at telling me where everything was at even after mentioning that I had never been to the studio before. Nothing rude but just thought he could have been a little more friendlier. He put on one hell of a class though. Enough for me to want to come back to his class the next day. Overall the studio was spacious, it was HOT (bc duh hot yoga), the music was fire (& loud) and the workout was amazing.

Expect to be there a minimum of an hour. You are allowed to hold owls which is very cool. I will definitely be going back. I didn't know what to expect it was bigger then I thought and I loved it.
