My insurance company set me up with Sure Kleen but then ended up paying me out so I could hire anyone I wanted. They came out in October to give me an estimate and I had to keep rescheduling them for months until the plumbing was resolved. I got two other quotes that were both over double what Sure Kleen quoted. Every time I called to reschedule they got me in within 48 hours. They were finally able to complete the job in January. I was expecting to pay more because there was more water coming in every day and there was definitely more damage than when they originally came in. From Mandy in the office to Vince in scheduling to AJ doing the actual job and Elijah picking up the equipment and doing the final readings, I have had the most exceptional service. The job ended up taking two days and they were just perfect in every way. I will use them again when I'm ready to get my drywall and floors replaced without a thought. This whole plumbing issue has been such a nightmare but Sure Kleen was the only bright spot. Cannot recommend enough!

When we discussed the project, Marino came across as an "honest" contractor who told us the nightmare we would have by using another contractor. After we agreed on the price and signed the contract the work began. This guy's employees are not qualified to do much of anything but maybe small handyman stuff. The work looks and feels cheap. The quality is so bad that we already had to bring others down from Philadelphia to fix or totally re-do this guy's garbage. He rarely came on the job to look at the work his guys did. His employees would bad mouth him which made us uncomfortable. He says he warranties his work, but that isn't true. Once he got his final payment it was all hallow promises, never came back to re-do the bad very sloppy workmanship. Even the Electrician and Plumber that he subs out have less than good reputations and they too told us non-complimentary stories about Davinci Homes by Michael Marino including Marino being sued many times. What a mess. He talked a good talk but could not deliver. We never saw this guy pick up a screwdriver. We were so disappointed and poorer with the experience.

We inspected the property following the departure of our summer rental people, refunded their deposit and called Rainbow. We went down to see the work before paying the bill submitted by Rainbow. There were 15-20 rather wide melted/burned areas in three bedrooms. When we contacted Rainbow, they tried to tell us the damage was there when they did the cleaning. We had inspected prior to their cleaning and, certainly, had they seen the damaged areas, they would have called or noted it on the bill. We would never recommend this company to anyone.

He was easy to contact via email, quoted a reasonable price, and we were able to set an appointment the next day. He arrived on time and was very professional throughout. He explained how his test was even more thorough than the abatement's company's test, as his actually would specifically ID asbestos fibers (vs a general fiber test the other company did). You can tell he knows what he is talking about. The test took two hours and I was able to work while Kevin filled out paperwork in his car. He contacted me the next day with the test results, and also sent me a certificate from the lab and his summary showing the air was clean. Note that Kevin only does the air testing (not the removal) and I used him as a second opinion to ensure the air was clean as asbestos is nothing to mess with! I would definitely recommend his company to anyone wanting to test their environment post abatement.
