They cleaned my area rugs on 2 floors, 2 sets of stairs divided with a landing on each, 2 area rugs, and a sofa and loveseat. Everything is so clean and there was no residual bad after-smell that I have been left with after several of the larger franchised carpet-cleaning companies have cleaned my carpets in the past. The first time I booked with this company, they deep cleaned my house, but in the process of cleaning my house they dropped a plant which is fine that's not really a big deal, but then they never said anything to me about it. They did clean around the area but as soon as I lifted the dog bed(where the plant fell), there was dirt all over the floor. Now that should've been my sign to never book with them again, but I decided to give them another chance. The second "deep clean", I felt like they could've done a better job, but the service was done and I just don't think it was worth it and I could have done the same job myself FOR FREE. The kitchen counters were still dirty, the house looked like they barely wiped down at all. This last time that I booked with them, I booked my appointment for 9 AM. I am going to insert screenshots of the response that I received from whoever is responsible for talking with customers. This was a very unprofessional way to respond despite them being late. They were 50 min late, there was no apology or thank you for your patience, nothing. I felt like it was extremely unprofessional, rude and I will never book with them again. I do not recommend this company, and the overall value and service is not worth the amount of money that they charge.

I paid a ton of money for them to come clean my carpets and clean my vents. The techs dumped so much water on the carpets that the entire second floor smelled like dead animals and water ended up leaking into the first floor, causing enough damage that I have to redo my dining room. They also ruined a piece of furniture that was nailed into the wall when they pulled it away to clean the vent behind it. We saw them do it and called them out on it, and the company later refused to pay for the broken furniture. I didn't see that coming for a company with so many good reviews. Lot of excuses on the water damage - they blamed the water damage on the roof, so I had a roofer come check out the roof who said it wasn't the roof. They blamed it on the HVAC so I had an HVAC tech come check out the HVAC unit who said it wasn't the hvac unit. They had a water specialist come who said he couldn't say with certainty that it was from the carpet cleaning, but it could have been from the carpets. When we spoke to the water damage specialist, he said it likely came from the carpet cleaning. So unprofessional. They have completely ghosted us. I've called and texted Jared multiple times asking for him to connect me with the owner, and he ignores me. Complete ghosting. My bad for trusting these scam artists with my house. In response to Bills response below - I have an email chain asking for the photos where Jared says no. The report also was done several days after the damage was done and we had dehumidifiers and fans going full time to dry the carpet. Additionally, the report says the water damage was from a, " isolated water event rather than an active exterior or plumbing leak." It is a tiny place, but with 10' ceilings, I wouldn't have been able to myself. Flexible on scheduling. Great communication. Easy to work with. I booked them to clean and deodorize an area rug…read morethat my kitten had begun peeing on, which was clearly explained in my online booking notes and again in person. At no point did anyone from their team say they couldn't handle the job. When I got home after the first cleaning, it was obvious the rug still smelled strongly of cat urine, like nothing had been done at all. They sent another technician the next day, who admitted after a closer look that they likely couldn't clean the rug properly in the first place. That means they had multiple chances to be upfront and professional: when I booked, when they came the first time, and before they charged me. Instead, they wasted my time and money. When I asked for a refund for the rug cleaning, management refused. The manager even had the technician confirm on speakerphone that the rug wasn't properly cleaned--and still denied a full refund. They only offered $40 out of the $140 bill, then rudely said "take it or leave it," and when my husband pushed back, the manager said "then I'll give you nothing" and hung up. This company is both incompetent and rude. They clearly don't care about customer service or honesty. Do not hire Stanley Steemer unless you want your rug left dirty and your time wasted.
