Well when my roof started to leak after the snow we recently got melted away. They were one of the first companies to respond. Craig came out and inspected my roof using a drone and showed me detailed photos of where the leaks could be coming from. He also gave me an estimate of what the price would be within the same week. They were quicker than anyone else in terms of getting someone out and getting a quote back so I went with them because they seemed to value my time.

I saw they put a different amp in the trunk left a mess of insulation on the carpet broke a speaker cover and the wiring wasn't anything professional at all. They zip tied the power wire to my coil wire! Paid 1/3 more than msrp for the amp plus had to drive to town twice to get it fixed right. They didnt want to do anything about the part they broke and my extra 140 miles of driving. When I asked why it happened the excuse was because the manager wasn't on site that day. They didnt even feel the installer did anything wrong. The amp wasn't even tuned in to the speakers correctly. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Yes man manager just to get you out the door.

It's absolutely terrifying to have your screaming baby locked in a vehicle and not being able to get to him! In a absolute panic I called dispatch who then must have called Rudy's. They both showed up so quickly and Rudy got the truck unlocked in no time. When I asked how much I owed he said nothing. It was more important to him to get the baby out than receiving compensation.
