The community has a beautiful pond in the center of the complex, sand volleyball court, playscape for kids, disc golf, and a very classy clubhouse that is great for residents that want to host parties! The office staff is incredible everyone on the team seems eager to serve and they are always looking for creative ways to show residents appreciation. They have had everything from happy hours, taco trucks, Indian cuisine, ice creme trucks, and brown bag breakfast all in the past three months just to show appreciation for the residents. The grounds are kept up impeccably and the few times maintenance is needed they respond quickly and they get the job done well above expectations! My family has lived here since 1995 and can't imagine a better place to call home! The community is gated and extremely safe. Most of the residents spend a lot of time walking and jogging the grounds, there is a great sense of community here.

This prolonged delay is extremely frustrating and disappointing for residents. We have already experienced several hot summer days, yet families have been deprived of an amenity we pay for and reasonably expect to enjoy. My 7-year-old has been eagerly looking forward to swimming, and it is disheartening that children and families have had no access to the pool. We would appreciate an explanation and, more importantly, a prompt opening date.

Actually she is racist. Very unprofessional and does not listen to your concerns . She talked down to me more than once and I witness her talk to other residents that way. Even other reviewes say the same. I called the office more than once when a mouse went to my apartment due to construction .. she did not send anyone to check it out and her concern were did the mouse come from.. I also called and emailed the management company and no reply. I had to call the maintenance employee Bryan who was off that day, he came and took the mouse out and I had to put the mouse trap .. I left the place one month early due to that .. I do not recommend it at all. I had issues with spiders and bugs. They also kept billing me for water after my lease ended six months after. I called to address that , she answered, her response was when did your lease end really you have that in front of you.. you should know that but that's her way of talking to people. Also, I mentioned that it was the real page utility management.. her response .. you mean the water bill ‍

You are likely wondering why the reviews are so mixed here and what reviews you can or cannot…read moretrust, as I did the same debating living here. I decided to give it a go since its location is desirable for work, highways, etc. The maintenance staff here do care to ensure you have working equipment and a safe & clean home, the disconnect comes from the ticking system. When you are a tenant you may go to the office but the staff doesn't have professional system in place to record and easily keep track of ticket issues - it is not a call center using Salesforce and they may tell you there is no record. Unfortunately that comes from higher ups not working with a local developer to implement a good tracking/ticketing system for them, and I can assure you they do empathize about this. You can talk to Heather Fountain the property manager or Woody the maintenance manager and either one will ensure your ticket gets resolved and dealt with. I have had heat/AC issues as it is an older building but after emailing Heather was able to get Woody over in a few hours to get my heat back on within 10 minutes! Barb from the front office is my favorite to speak to, but when debating staying here - know that the pool+gym are nice to have, and if you avoid using their 'ticket' system (that is just a loose form on their website) and simply email Heather or speak to Woody they will ensure your issues get resolved!

Had her clothes to be labeled only asking day's in when would they return her clothes they were still sitting @ the desk. Anise have no clue what her job description is front desk and seems to be take care of everything when no one else would we thanked her for all her kind help. Mother fell twice once out of the bed then from her wheelchair mind you mother slipped @ home which in turn fell. She walks goes to the bathroom wears depends Beaumont said after we bought in her Depends they would supply them which they never did in turn mother could not manage the tape one's they use and ended up with a wound in her groin area was told maybe she scratched herself think not. Wound nurse stated she would put in change mother every two hour's that didn't happen either we were there did not happen on our watch. Mother's legs were swollen after noticing for days she wasn't wearing shoes when bought to their attention they suggested water pills we suggested feet elevation and compression stockings. They said because of her age their feet swell let me say this so the WWW know's mother has never had swollen feet or legs. The compression stocking they put on her were small mother's legs were measuring 15" which the last thing any medical facility should ever do put the wrong size on. I took them off an ask why they stated and I quote the only size they had. I'm going to supply all the pictures taken we were told not to bring her to this facility we thought because she goes to respite @ the Commons it would be okay. This was a nightmare also they were understaffed which we did ask before she went. Also we were told she did not need to wear shoes for rehab that being said seeing how her feet and legs were swollen what type of rehab will her insurance pay for. The rehab facility she was taken to said we do not give rehab to anyone unless they can wear shoes, mother's legs have not swollen after leaving Beaumont Commons rehab. Also laundry MOD tried her best her department short to no staff locate mother's missing clothes what she found was via postal mail.Carrie Scott stated they would reimburse us for the items not located hasn't happened. When we called no one is available we were told 4 day's ago the person that handles that would give us a call. Not surprised that hasn't happened or check in the mail. We should have listened and never in trusted them with our mother.Yes we did contact LARA Will upload all pictures soon.. Dec/02/19 received mail we're thinking finally reimbursement check for mother's missing clothes. No it's thank you for your business. What's wrong with this picture. No one has returned our calls although we've been told three times the person in charge of reimbursement will give you a call. We won't hold our breath. We're done well done.

My windows in my places are broken and have been since I moved in. There were holes in my bedroom door from the last tenant. DO NOT LIVE HERE!…read more This is not a luxury apartment, no matter how much they want to justify it. tl;dr: Management evil. Rent is unjustifiably high. For those of you who want the tea, read below: Maintenance takes forever to complete anything. I have been here for almost 8 months and have still yet to get many things fixed. Seemingly everything I have maintenance requests for, are things that have either been broken since move in or have broken repeatedly. I often drive around the complex and notice the maintenance guys doing nothing but sitting in their golf carts talking on the phone. They seem entirely lazy, judgemental, and unwilling to provide quality work. The AC straight up doesn't work here. It's not just my apartment, ALL of them don't work. They may blow cold air, but you will never have a living room below 74 degrees in the summer. To top it all off, because the AC will run 24/7, it will rack up a $400 a month electricity bill with DTE in the summer. We had to buy a portable AC unit ($300) to keep our bedroom cool. Highly recommend one if you decided to live here. Shockingly the main AC can't keep the downstairs cool, even with a second AC helping out! We ended up talking to some random lady at the office about this. I say random because, since January, management has changed 3 times. If you look at the past comments, and they go back quite far, you'll see even with management changes, the problems persist. Village Green is wholely incompetent. Anyway, the random director lady tried to tell us excuses like heat rises and the bricks on the outside prevent the apartment from cooling. As if everyone with a house has a hot house because of their bricks. If heat rises, why aren't skyscrapers just massive ovens constantly cooking people? Your garage will not want to open half the time and force you to press the button 100 times before it opens. Not to mention the garage is so narrow, you will constantly be banging your car door on the wall of the garage. Also, if you have a 2 bedroom unit, and you drive a pickup, your pickup will NOT fit in the garage. Just an FYI they WON'T tell you. The square footage they tell you of the apartment includes the garage square footage in that number. They say 1 bedroom apartments are like 1,000 square feet. Inside is more like 666 square feet because they made a deal with evil itself to punish those who live here. Luckily I don't have a balcony, because the balcony also cuts into your inside space. I have what the office politely calls a suicide balcony. Just another reminder they want me to suffer. The front gate code is static and is known by everyone, not to mention you can just ever so slightly tap the gate with your car bumper and it'll open right up for you. It has some kind of sensor that goes off and trips my radar detector every time I get too close to the gate. 10% of the mailboxes have no door on them. That alone should tell you it isn't a luxury apartment. I am living in one of the only "renovated" apartments they have. It has granite countertops and is the picture they probably keep flashing you to try to rent here. All the other apartments are far more outdated. Not to mention, the only "renovation" they did, was added granite countertops and maybe added stainless steel appliances. Everything else is the same as the other units. Also a dirty little secret they won't tell you, on top of the outrageous rent and electricity bill, Dearborn has the second-highest auto insurance rate in the state. Just get out of this town. There's a reason the hotel next to this place is closed down (albeit for totally different reasons that aren't at this place). I hope this place is next. I paid 2x my monthly rent to move out of this place early and I could not be any happier. Even if the next place is just as bad, at least my rent is 50% off.

After my unit was flooded due to another tenant's negligence, I expected at least a prompt and professional response. Instead, I was told by emergency maintenance to just "leave for the day" and it would be taken care of--only to come home to a leaking ceiling, soaked carpet, and no real progress. Maintenance didn't arrive until the next day, and all they did was remove the light and smoke alarm--leaving me without a fire alarm in my room for days. As of writing this, water damage in the walls hasn't been addressed, my carpet still reeks of mildew, and the lack of urgency is unacceptable. Mold grows fast, and I'm still living in unsafe conditions. Even after explaining all of this to management, they offered no rent discount, no apology beyond empty words, and essentially told me they were "acting within the lease agreement." If black mold grows in the walls, I guess that's just the lease at work. The Union has long had issues--stained hallways, slow responses, roaches, fleas--and this was just the final straw. For the price I pay, the living conditions and service are absolutely not worth it. Avoid this place if you want your home to be safe, clean, and treated with urgency when problems arise
