I know the reason is because of a girl that was my friend at least I thought it was my friend for a few weeks when I found out was a stone cold drug addict. I had to call the police and my parents along with my dad's arm, security officer friend to remove her from my home and while we were getting along while I was taking my medication. A picture of my pill bottle from behind me so I couldn't see which this ex friend had admitted over text message so Christy fire me as a patient and tapers me down off of 3 mg of Klonopin that I have been taking for at least the last 3 to 4 years and yes, I was a regular patient for a minute there I had several sudden deaths family, which I needed slightly refills for then from there and now for a very long time up until she fired me never asked again. She even started to get to the mad at me when I would get a recommendation from another doctor which you can get a recommendation from a darn commercial telling you to ask your doctor if this medication is right for and she would get mad and say I was seeking out help from other doctors and hated the fact that I was just asking a simple medical question or tapering off of 3 mg of Klonopin in 28 days is her plan. I am midway through that. And I am having severe withdrawal symptoms. I talk to my pharmacist. The pharmacist said I need to talk to my doctor now the prescribing doctor. Which is kristie Yakura and her response was that if I asked her for another, which please note I have not asked for any refills yet on this prescription because I was only about three weeks in as of now, but she said if I ask her about another refill on the prescription that she was going to have charges filed on me for menacing the Doctor Who put me on this medication and I am having complications with my taper pretty much told me that she is going to file charges on me not pretty much did straight up say she was going to file charges on me if I ask for help from her again this woman has gone downhill. Her eyes are all sunk into her head, an acquaintance of mine, left her practice because that she couldn't even remember the medication she was on several times and she even overdosed me. Luckily, I caught it at the pharmacy but overdosed me on a antidepressant actually these messages over the last few months of problems I've been having with her to pharmacist and other medical professionals, and they all say the same thing sometimes even the professionals start dipping into the sauce a little bit what she's doing to me is completely inhumane. I will literally have these fits or I will just fish flop on my bed a few times restless leg syndrome all day long to a point for my. It has a constant Charlie horse and in the email I even asked her if whatever issue she has with me which I still can't figure out because I get monthly drug tests, which I have passed everyone random drug tests. I have passed everyone. Random pill counts. I have passed everyone. I don't know what more to do here. I think I'm going to have to file a complaint to the border health. I can attach the photos of her threatening the menacing charge on me, which I told her was extremely unprofessional, and I can bite right back in so many words so please pray that my next psychiatrist that I have which is a lot younger of a doctor but still enough experience does a lot better job than threatening a patient that is going through nasty I hope people can respond to this. Never go to the psychiatrist. I am having to use money out of my own pocket. To take action to make sure that no medical patient is ever treated this way by this PRN again. Also in this message. Once asked her to slow down my taper until now this woman needs to have her medical license taken away.

Not a marketing "we care about you," but care as a person who understands your pain. For me, even after missing appointments, I was never shamed. Never has my therapist given up on me. I've even been given a house call and meeting up outside their office, upon my approval, after having difficulty making appointments. They are there for YOU. One personal reflection I remember... It was a rough day. I only wanted to go to bed, but I when I got to my appointment, my therapist held out a nitendo switch controller and said "Let's see those Fifa skills." I have no gaming skills, so I didn't fare well, but I laughed. I mean really laughed! And it was the right medicine. I laughed more than I had for weeks. Sometimes the front office staff and or nurses are having bad days, but my Dr, Kay Johnson is always consistent with me. She listens and never has one foot out the door. On occasion I have been a little concerned with the lack of a thorough exam (such as listening to my heart) but overall i've received excellent care whether sick or routine visit. The building itself includes a lab, orthopedist and some other specialists so it is essentially a one stop shop. It is always clean and well organized. There is a large parking lot, but getting in and out can be a little tough on busy Montgomery Rd. Added bonus, they now have a nice online portal where you can communicate, have virtual visits, and view bloodwork or invoices.

Everything was great I mean for years. She treated my severe anxieties and PTSD and depression. The medication was working. I was on a similar amount from another doctor years ago, ive been taking anxiety medication for about 17 years. Well recently because LA'risha didnt get my messages, where I sent her my card to make a payment and then sent her a message with my medicaid ID. She always responded through texts so I thought nothing of it. She sent me a letter literally 4 days before my medication was due, the letter was her canceling everything from appointments to my medication because I didnt pay for one visit. This was after I sent my venmo card for payment and my medicaid ID. She said she never got any messages and that she was dropping me. To me this is malpractice and it should be illegal to do to someone who has been on these meds for a very long time and was just going to drop me. I called her to ask if I could make a payment that day whatever she wanted I asked her to please not drop me and she was very rude and did not care. I was lucky she sent one month of meds. She knows everything im going through my wife is in hospice and has serious issues at times ive almost lost her several times.. I need help I need medication and this doctor just literally left me to basically rot because I was seen once for "free". Again I offered to make it right anyway I could and she didnt care.
