I have been trying to get medical records for my child for MONTHS and have been ignored and given the runaround to the point I had to get an attorney! Front desk never answers the phone nor checks vmails and the one time the phone was answered and I asked my questions I was told they were currently in an AUDIT and that's why everything is so hectic so I'm guessing their billers don't know what they're doing so their people aren't getting paid or they're frauds and when I was transferred to the billing manager for records she was the RUDEST nastiest and most unprofessional person I've ever come in contact with to the point I can't believe she's allowed to stay employed there! I could never be the one in charge because I would be ASHAMED to be associated with a person like that, let alone allow them to make me look bad with how they treat clients. This "business" also has no online presence regarding paperwork filing or record keeping and everything is in manilla folders as if it's 1998 so I imagine that's why I can't get my records because they're probably in a moldy basement piled up to the ceiling in a stack from the 80s. This is supposed to be a mental health facility but all this company does is stress you out even more than before you got there. If I could give negative stars I'd give -10.

do not work here or send your loved ones here. i am a worker here and the workers are snobby and…read morerude, and they are outrageously rude to the residents here. the workers put on a show for people who come visit their loved ones, all the nice, and happy, and smiles you see is all fake! today October 23, 2025 a nurse here was telling other nurses that a resident here was not liking the idea of him have a catheter, so he got upset and was saying he didn't want it on himself, and he was moving around, and the nurse told the other nurses she snatched him by his feet and yanked him to the edge of the bed and yelled at him in his face "you're going to keep this f**king catheter on rather you like it or not" she was demonstrating how she was pulling him as if she was proud of herself. this is a elderly who has pain and is fragile!!!! anything that you accidentally missed of your loved ones belongings after they've passed away, the nurses either throw the items away or give them to other residents or take them home for themselves.... to me that is just very disrespectful. about 2 weeks or so ago, i over heard a resident telling a nurse that another nurse slapped her in the face :( this place is just awful, and it's too expensive.
