Didn't appreciate the service at the front desk. Not very accommodating and didn't even try to give options for a solution.

This was the first ortho I visited after finding out my son needed braces. The orthodontist doesn't really explain anything in detail, you have to pay $650 for X-rays, and she expects you to signup for an expensive treatment without really knowing what you are getting from it. For example, my son needed teeth extracted, but she wouldn't tell me how many teeth let alone which ones needed to be removed (I wanted to get a better sense of how much everything would cost including all other specialists involved). After talking to a few other orthodontist I realized this is not normal practice and that they should be transparent during the consult. Needless to say I didn't end up going with her so I can't speak about the actual treatment, but the initial consult meetings were not up to standards. read more

Our kids had been going to this place for a few years. Until last year, we decided never come back. My daughter is 14 years old and has good teeth, but the dentist told us that she needs fillings for 12 teeth since she has yellowish decay on the top of each identified tooth. I was in shock and wanted to check with other dentists. Both the doctor and hygienist tried to persuade us to maximize our insurance and offered an appointment next week before we switch to another insurance. Luckily, we walked away and seek another opinion, it turns out no decays but just stains. I was speechless!!! Imagine a teenager girl having so many fillings in such a young age, she probably will require lots of dental work in the coming years which is totally unnecessary! I want to warn others, please protect your kids from over-treatment. read more

This place is dishonest and do not care about their customers. They will give you a proposal with a stated "inclusive treatment" fee but then they mention it will have an additional charge - I remember the manager Casey going to check with the orthodontist prices for these additional charges during the consultation and then she came back and gave me a quote of $850 more. The additional costs were not put in writing but after I signed on with them they changed it to $1000 after "reading the notes" and their office staff (consisting of 2 clerks and 1 manager) insisted they had emailed me the additional costs in writing to me beforehand when they never did. When I questioned this price change, they refused to honor the initial quoted price and offered to terminate my contract and made it seem it was my fault "for not trusting them". Maybe it's because you're liars? I also checked with my insurance because the same manager said she was going to open a claim with my insurance the day after I paid my deposit and lo and behold she never did. Their techs also laughed at my teeth when taking images of them. On top of that the doctor sees 3+ patients at a time and is very clearly rushed. Look at the other 1 star reviews where people had their kids teeth broken after going to this place. They're also only open W-F which is very inconvenient as well, but alas it is expected in their mission in maximizing profits at the wellbeing of their customers and children. As a health care provider I refuse to tolerate this treatment and encourage you all to avoid this place unless you like being harassed and swindled. I was almost spending thousands of dollars for this ongoing rushed mistreatment for almost 3 years and am glad I got out when I did. There's orthodontists on every corner and no need for dollar tree quality service. The people that come up to your car and spray it with water without asking you have better administrative skills than this place. Avoid, avoid. read more

I have to share the best experience we just had with GE FORCE ORTHODONTISTS !!! My daughter has been coming for 3 years and she is the first to reach 1000 points! She finally cashed it in for a Limo Ride to pick up her and her friends from school And take them for pizza and ice cream. My Daughter had a blast!! They totally went all out and decorated the pizza place and Limo. They also had a photo booth set up to take silly pictures. I just want to say that they are the best!! Today marks the completion of my Invisalign treatment, so I figured this was the right time to review G-Force Orthodontics! I started my treatment in December 2014 with Dr. Yosh. He had high hopes for my treatment, and the best part was he didn't find it necessary to extract any teeth (yay). Since I grind my teeth a lot at night, he recommended Invisalign. Plus, I'm already in my mid-twenties and would prefer not to have metal in my mouth if it wasn't necessary. More recently, Dr. Yosh left the office, and I started seeing Dr. Bailey. I absolutely adore Dr. Bailey! From the moment we met, she was engaging and genuinely interested in my progress and experience. It was very clear from the beginning how meticulous she is, and I really appreciated that since I wanted my teeth to be as perfect as possible. All the ladies who work here are incredibly friendly and very flexible. They've all helped me out with random things at one point, and I couldn't be more thankful. I'd recommend anyone seeking orthodontic treatment to check out G-Force. I work in customer service, and deeply appreciate receiving wonderful service. The front desk clerks talk and laugh loudly and it is kind of annoying.. Orthodontists are very professional but seem a little bit impatience toward the questions of the concerned parents. We can wait for their delayed schedule but they can't stand your stupid question for 1 minute. I wish I had gone on Yelp before making the decision for my poor kid. read more

My husband and our two kids just moved from Houston, we'd been with our previous dentist for almost 10 years. He did all my childrens dental work, braces, etc.. I was very picky when it came to choosing a new dentist. I was on my way to Safeway one day when I noticed Gale Ranch; I decided to walk in and was immediately greeted with a smile, the office looked amazing (flat screen t.v's, state of the art equipment). I asked for a buss. card and decided that I would make an appt for my son. The staff was friendly, very professional and the office was clean. The dentist took his time to explain the treatment and options He did an excellent job on my son's teeth! Everyone made us feel very comfortable and most importantly my son really liked the place. Dishonest place in more ways then one. - My son needed ortho treatment and I brought in a $600 coupon I got in the mail. They said I don't need the coupon because I get a MUCH bigger "family discount" because my husband got treatment there as well. On the contract, it looked like a nice discount. BUT I call my insurance and find out it's not a discount at all, its the insurance company's contracted rate!!!! - My insurance states that for ortho coverage the preferred provider contracted rate, covers ALL NECESSARY components, including xrays, appliance, progress visits, etc. and there is a clear contracted rate that this would cost me. Well, Gale Ranch added A "PREFERRED PROVIDER" fee of $600!!!! They are charging me because they are a preferred provider on my insurance. What a way to get around contracted rates! -At first appointment I gave them my HSA card information to make the "initial payment". Next month, they took money out without my knowledge! I raised it with them and told them they are NOT AUTHORIZED to charge the card without my authorization. Luckily my HSA bank was changing so that card was going to be canceled anyways. When next payment was due, obviously we were very specific that we are authorizing ONE TIME payment only. My husband was making payment in person and the lady assured him to his face that its for one time payment only. 5 days later, account gets hit with another charge! Then couple of weeks later, one more payment. In one month they took out 3 payments ($110, $150, $300). I found this out when I tried to pay for another medical cost and my HSA account was emptied out! They were fishing by trying different amounts to see how much they can get. Wow. - I have been trying to get some sort of statement for about 5 months now (via email, phone, and US mail). They keep sending me a payment plan they keep pushing. How hard can it be to send a typical bill that describes treatment and corresponding fee?? They are hiding the fee breakdown. - Last but not least, with all the unauthorized charges, we have paid them way more then my copay. I cannot get any statement from them explaining the charges. I think this is fine with people with complete insurance. They don't need visibility into treatment and costs involved because insurance just pays and its taken care of. In our case our copay is high and in order to use HSA, we need statements and clear understanding of what the treatment is, what it costs, and to make sure they are not charging more then contracted rates. They have failed to provide this information. Needless to say, they are loosing my husband as a patient, I will be taking my son somewhere for braces (this treatment was for something different) and I am considering Invisalign as well but definitely not at Gale! I will not recommend this place to my friends and family because of its dishonest, shady practices. read more

My daughter began her treatment here 2 years ago. They diligently corrected all of her bite issues and her teeth look amazing now. They offer financing, accept insurance, and are very thorough in their treatment plans. They also have cool reward system options set up to try and keep kids engaged in their own treatment plans. I narrowed down my options to 2 offices and decided to meet with the Orthodontists themselves to help make my selection. After meeting Dr. Bailey I immediately felt comfortable and that I would be in good hands. She provided me with solid reasoning behind why Invisalign would help me to reach my optimal goal of having a straighter, less crowded smile and how my teeth would move using computer generate pictures of cases like mine. Bad experience. First. My daughter went in for treatment and they broke one of her baby teeth. You can imagine that it hurt!! There're two small pieces left in the gum. and they said to just watch for it, and never done anything to fix it. Then for one visit, they insist to book it on the day we were leaving for vacation. We booked the very first slot, but had to wait 25 minutes, as they were having some staff meeting. I keep telling the receptionist we needed to catch the flight. I don't know how long they'll make me wait if I weren't to catch a flight. Well I didn't give 1, but 2 stars, as their price is competitive, that's the only pro. read more

I am a patient and also a amuture boxer or want to be. I came in for a regular check up for my braces. I wasn't in the best mood to be going to a dentist at 4:30. In the next 5 or 10 minutes from when i sat down, i was in an excellent mood.They just sat me down and started talking to me making me laugh, it was a great appointment. As i was finishing my appointment i hear people talking saying "oh i didn't wear blah blah blah" or "i didn't know it was today". I look up from out of my seat i see my favorite boxer "Andre Ward" and people at the door .So i walk up and the nice ladies in the front desk introduce me (i wasn't filled with like butterflies but i was almost in shock and was pretty happy,this doesn't happen everyday). I was actually just guna stop trying to box but this has to be some type of sign I thought. I got an autograph on my shirt took a few pics and i think i get to be on TV. I had been putting off orthodontic treatment for a long time for financial reasons. One afternoon I was on my way to Safeway and saw this office. I decided to walk in and ask some questions. I was greeted be a super friendly staff, and was made to feel right at home. Everyone was incredibly nice, and I was seen right then and there. Not only did they make braces affordable for me with free in-house financing, they made INVISALIGN affordable. I couldn't be happier with my treatment. Everyone at G-Force has been fantastic. The front office staff is extremely helpful and the assistants and Doctors are as well. They thoroughly explained my options and the steps involved in my treatment. This place makes going to the orthodontist a COMPLETELY different experience than I had my first time around in High School.
