I (regretfully) did not end up moving forward with them on this project, but wanted to write a review because I was so thoroughly impressed with my interactions with Doron. Doron was the first contractor that I spoke with about my project, and was by far the best experience that I had. He took the time to really look at my space, listened to my needs and specific requests, and gave great suggestions on how I could improve it. After taking measurements he sat down with me for over an hour patiently answering all of my questions. This was my first time considering a major remodel and he was great at anticipating where I would need guidance. He also showed me various completed projects in his portfolio and I was so impressed with the quality of his work. I could tell that he really takes pride in his team and his craftsmanship. Doron was able to provide me with an initial quote on the same day as our consultation. I ended up with further questions and changes, and he graciously set up a zoom call with me to address them the following day. Out of all the contractors that I spoke with, Doron stuck out for being the most passionate about his work and also the most detail oriented. I really appreciated his honesty with me about what I could reasonably expect. As this was my first project, I didn't have a good idea on what to expect regarding costs. I didn't end up moving forward with Method Remodeling because of my budget, but would love to work with them in the future when I am better established.

The things that I really appreciated about Method: Communication: weekly meetings, daily updates on the work. It was always clear where we were in the project. Honest and transparent pricing: I think there were several surprises along the way that another contractor would have upcharged us, but Doron often went the extra mile. Extra effort to fix whatever problems came up: All projects have their hiccups and I felt like Doron and his team made every effort to fix whatever came up and work with us to solve problems.

They were able to start right away (once the permits were approved by city hall) and they were very responsive to calls and texts throughout the project. Their team did a great job with both rooms and the price was reasonable. They even did a lot of extra little jobs for me for no extra cost, like replacing some of our old outlets with modern outlets with USB-C ports, and helping me fix a ceiling light. They also hauled away some of our junk after we moved in since they were already hauling away construction material. Everyone on their team were nice, polite, and professional. If you are particular about your plans I would definitely check in on their work to make sure they are doing it how you want. I had to ask them to start over when they made the grout lines on the shower thicker than I wanted. Even then, they were happy to change it to how I wanted it, but it did add some extra time to the completion date. Overall I am happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone who wants a licensed contractor for home improvement projects.

They did the entire remodel with billing transparency and excellent communication throughout. And there was no messing around or wasting time as once Jackson the owner and his partner Ace committed, they provided a strong sense that they weren't going to stop working until the entire project was completed. Finally Jackson and Ace and Alex and their whole crew charmed the building and inspired confidence and trust in the building management into agreeing to all the proposals put forth. Our kitchen is small, but it has been very functional since we let Dmitry do his magic two years…read moreago. Not only were their prices the most competitive, but their work and people are also outstanding and courteous. I had to order most of the supplies but they guided me through it. They handled all the electrical, plumbing, new windows and a door and handled all the permitting paperwork of the process. The best part was their flexibility. They followed all my custom request to fit a cat water fountain and step-stool storage. In the middle of the construction, they actually suggested that we have space to get an 18"-dishwasher installed which is my most favorite part of the renovation. My review may be overdue, but hey, even after two years, everything still works and looks great (although not as clean and pristine like the photos because of all the cooking we actually now enjoy doing, plus two toddlers and two cats lol). At the start, Dmitriy took care of getting the permits and scheduling all inspections during the whole process. Karen, who did our remodel, is excellent and ensured everything was up to code and done the proper way. We have 2 young children so we were a little concerned about safety before we started the renovation but Karen made sure everything was carefully taped off and the space was cleaned up as much as possible at the end of each day. We do recommend having a good air filter running nearby though to pick up any stray dust. Since we're not designers, having input from both Dmitriy and Karen throughout the entire process was invaluable. There were many decisions to make during the renovation, and their expertise and experience made a huge difference. Additionally, Karen recommended some local suppliers, where we were able to source a number of our materials. Overall, we highly recommend Dmitriy and Karen for anyone looking to remodel.

Jose designed and fixed the area in a way that properly blocks the water and also looks very nice, clean, and professional. On the last day of the cleanup, they cleaned everything very well. Junior is very friendly, and just like Jose, he is very helpful. Jose is not only experienced in concrete work -- he also has experience handling many different types of issues. He is very patient in answering questions and clearly explains what he is doing and why it is done. I truly appreciate their hard work, and I will definitely work with them again in the future.
