Our dryer is undergoing some repairs, so we've been using this laundromat for the last couple of weeks to stay on top of our never ending pile of laundry. This is a clean neighborhood spot with free parking, and even when it's busy, you can still load in your clothes easily. There's a good variety of sizes of machines, and a lot of them too. Some of the larger machines can get pricey, but a regular sized load is $4.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry. There's plenty of rolling carts stationed around the space, and lots of tables for folding as well. They even have a kiddie corner with some books and games if you need to keep your children occupied, along with a well-stocked snack and drink vending machine. read more

Okay, now I am spoiled! I used the drop off wash dry and fold service. My expectations were exceeded in every way. The turn around time was fast, my laundry came back beautifully washed, dried, and expertly folded, while smelling fresh like it had been hanging outside on a clothesline! Wow! We drove around and finally found this wonderful establishment and wow where we impressed. i travel a lot so Im a specialist when it comes to coin op laundromats...this Place scores on every level . Its in a small mall so easy parking and you're met with a big smile and good vibes by the staff who were busy cleaning and doing wash and fold the entire time I was there . the change machine and product machines where full and dispensed everything i needed to start my wash. Machines where all clean and i noticed one of the young lady's cleaning out the filters ..something I've only witnessed several times in my life. Wonderful quick clean and then onto the clean and wonderful dryers...all done for @ $12. I noticed a few families with young kids all reading and playing in the very clean and tidy kids area. Wonderful warm vibes all around and the place gets 10 out of 10 for a clean and very family friendly vibe . The ladies working there were super friendly. The machines were state of the art and you can use Apple Pay which is convenient. Very clean and well kept. If you need a laundry mat in Nashville, I highly recommend it. They even have signs up with activities to do with the kids while you are doing laundry like teaching them about what a pair is and practicing it with socks. read more

Every time I walk inside, it feels like they have just opened because it is so clean and the staff is so friendly. The team is awesome! We've used their pickup laundry services during the pandemic. We scheduled our pickup on Sunday night for Monday morning. I was nearing the end of my wardrobe and was dreading going into a laundromat - did some searching and found that Gallatin Pike Coin Laundry does pickup and drop off services for wash, fold, and hang. Booked services on Monday for a Tuesday pickup and Wednesday drop off - with their new customer discount it came to about 1.30 a pound. Not super cheap, but I'd consider it a premium service. Pickup was as expected, but what wasn't expected was the return of my clothes on the same day! Definitely a nice surprise. Highly recommended. read more

I've used this laundromat a few times and it's always a good experience (as much as doing laundry can be). However, most recently I went with a freaking huge amount of laundry cause I've been avoiding doing it since the covid outbreak and finally gave up. One of the kind ladies who works here saw me struggling to carry my laundry inside and ran out with a cart. Later, when I was taking my laundry back out, a man in the parking lot started talking to me, wouldn't take social cues and leave me alone, and wound up following me back into the laundromat. The same lady from before noticed and asked him to leave, then walked with me and stood by my side while I finished loading the remainder of my laundry into my car. This is beyond good service - it was genuine human kindness in what I think we can all agree is a chaotic and frightening time. I would also add that this laundromat is absolutely spotless. Everyone I saw working there was actively cleaning and wiping down surfaces the whole time I was there. read more

Laurie the owner greeted me as I walked through the door and made me a cup of coffee as I waited for my clothes to dry. The ladies that work there are always extremely friendly. It has change machine that doesn't give you all quarters but will break down into bills and quarters. I really like that option.
